Can someone help with finding something that's heavier than Cardboard but light enough to throw. Which material should I get?

There exists an art supply called "foam core" usually comes in inexpensive sheets and is easily cut with a matte knife. It's VERY light and while stiff, it will deform at its edges if left unprotected.

What about corrugated plastic like they make the bins Out of for the mail at the post office
