When women are in good positions in life and have the capability to get commitment from men, they always choose a really tall guy to be their husband/boyfriend. Hell, when we look at past marriage data, it was found that when women are the breadwinners and better educated than the men, they often picked a male who was very tall to be their spouse. While women who were financially dependent and not so great position in life were more than likely to give a man that was considered short (5'9 and under) a chance at a LTR.

Thus we see that women see intrinsic value in a male once he is tall and he does not need to compensate by bringing wealth and status to the table for her to consider him good enough. A male who is tall and loses his job will still be seen as having value and worth in a females eye while a male under 6'0 will be viewed as a liability and someone to replace if he does not find employment soon.

I lived in Connecticut where I was born all my life until 2018. I had just finished my first year of community college with 32 credits and I'd planned from the beginning to move to Texas to start my career.

Little did I know I'd be going a lot sooner than expected as my father was offered a job by my uncle in Texas, so we all moved down in late 2018. It's taken me a while to get used to the heat as 80 degrees is considered very hot in Connecticut but that's comfortable here.

At first I felt lost, like I didn't really belong there but the benefits of living here as opposed to Connecticut started coming very quickly as soon as I was able to motivate myself to groom myself up (I isolated myself for months because I'd spiraled into a depression) and get acclimated to the weather and start looking for work (Texas is ranked #1 in the nation for labor).

I got a job easily at a sandwich shop which didn't pay a lot but it's an accomplishment not really doable in Connecticut.

I also noticed how much cheaper everything is, especially housing and a lot less red tape to purchase a firearm, along with hunting areas and wildlife unlike anything I'd ever seen in Connecticut. Everything is so much cleaner and workers are picking up garbage all the time, which is something I didn't see in CT.

I've learned to love the state and really call it my home as I am getting back on track to start my career. I don't see myself moving out of the state unless it's to move to Florida to be with my long distance girlfriend in a case where she believes life for her and her family would be best in Florida instead of Texas. Me and her have a very bright future together and I hope I can sell her on the vast opportunity that Texas has to offer which just doesn't exist anywhere else. Moving to Texas was an excellent decision.

I’ve only been in this situation twice in my life and both were my happenstance. I didn’t try to set it up but rather coincidentally more than one woman liked me and they were fighting with each other over it.

I’ve been the opposite situation before and it really sucked. I have “won” a few but also “lost” a few. When I won it was because I was “sorta” attracted to the girl but almost always lost when I really liked the girl. Many women tend to be more attracted to the guy who is less interested in them

I am also not the type that plays dirty by throwing other guys under the bus. Reason being is I get turned off if another girl trash talks the other girl who was interested in me.

Some people think that is the way to go and don’t care. But I rather I want the girl to make a clear conscious decision on who to go with.

But I noticed a lot of women really get off on this love triangle bullshit. Some of them intentionally set it up. They don’t look at the long term consequences. They think the guy they reject will be just be happy and fine with a friendzone when it’s said and done. There is no medal or prize for second place in this game though. No other way around it. The rejected guy just needs to self respect himself and cut his losses. Disappear. But he takes a lot of pain in the process.
