For Trump to run , he has to have a Republican Senate , because they are in power for 6 years and this would keep him from being impeached illegally by House. The House is not as important because all those members would run in 2024 too. The election in 2024 favors Republicans to keep the Senate.

For you Trump haters , Democrats will not have time to make false charges against Trump before January and the black New York Prosecutor is losing her reelection bid. Trump can use legal actions to keep Federal Prosecutors from getting him before 2024 elections and they don't have anything anyway. If they convict him on the illegal search , the Supreme Court will overrule it.
