Should we citizens recognize August 26th with flags at half staff to honor those killed and murdered in the Afghanistan war and terrible ending?

On August 26th, 13 service members lost their lives. Shorly thereafter, US military mistakenly killed a family of 10 Afghani's whom mostly worked for USA. One of those killed... blown to bits in a fireball of destruction, was a 2 year old Afghan girl.

No we should stop the US government interventionist policy in other country. Perpetual regime change by the US needs to end.
