While trying to sign into Outlook I kept getting the message "we can't sign you in right now, please try again later". but I needed to clear my cookies instead, why have a message saying "please try again later"? I've been trying again for 2 days and that would have gone on forever. the message should have said delete your cookies. not only is microsoft making more unstable software it's error messages are also misleading.

I could go on and on really but I read somewhere that the average person spends more then 200 hours a year fixing these sorts of things. So if my math is correct 8.61 billion people x 200 annual hours each = 1.722 trillon global man hours each and every year and the number keeps growing. I think raising the bar for software engineers has become a better cause then curing cancer.
