Guy 1: The Junior
I met him two years ago and developed feelings for him. We're both musicians (amateur) in a band. Most of our interactions have been when jamming. He's younger and under work circumstances my feelings have been a secret. I couldn't let him go, even when he started dating this girl. After less than a year, she was fired and moved to another prefecture. Recently, we've exchanged glances. I'll be fired this month because of my messy relationship with my bosses who tricked me into signing a contract. Well, it's more complicated than that, but the point is that I told the Junior is that I'm leaving. He worried about me. When I leave, it will change the dynamic of our situation- the boundaries that keep us apart will no longer exist. He's a pianist, and shortly after I told him I'm leaving, he invited me to his recital. I promised him I would go, and it'll be the first time we interact outside the workplace.

Guy 2: The Friend
He joined the workplace back in April. He's also a musician and his work involves music. He's my senior. We're in the same circle of friends. Our friend doesn't believe we're a match because he's an "innocent" Christian and I'm not. But, we have great conversations. He once told our friend that he doesn't date in the workplace. But, ever since finding out I'm leaving, he texts often and helped me find a new job. The other day, we attended a formal work event. I didn't notice that he'd texted me, looking for me. I noticed while there was a speech happening and we were seated apart. Afterwards, I was busy talking to others and he was too, so I didn't rush to him. He disappeared and I went to find him. Eventually, I did, and we talked. But, there were others in the room. I later returned to the event room, as it was important to me. At the end, I was taking pictures with others outside. I spotted him walking towards the station and shouted out to him to take pictures together. We did. He told me to have fun at the after party.

We met by him adding me on Facebook - we had friends in common that implied a horse rinding background. We got talking, and we just got on really well, and he was open and honest with me and asked me out on a first date.

We met up, we talked about everything from his previous relationships and marriage, to his addictions and time in prison. He talked about his career and his friends, about future plans over the next few years and joking about popping the question. I teased him by slightly pulling down my top so he could see my cleavage and his eyes widened and locked focus on them and he stood up to get a coffee and said "someone's pleased to meet you" and pointed to the outline in his jeans lol. We were at the pub for about 5 and a half/6 hours, and then he came back to mine. Accidentally met my dad and brother (thought they would be in bed!) and he stayed over at mine. He said "if it's okay, I don't want to do anything. I want to go slow and get it right, I have a history of rushing into things". (The insecure crazy female in me wonders if this was a nice way to say eww) We didn't kiss or have sex, we just cuddled together. We were up until about 3am.
Come morning, we watched TV in bed together for a few hours and I took him home about lunchtime. We both have health conditions and he needed to get home to take medicine and he said he was going to get some sleep and message me later. He hugged me and said he had a good time and we were very mature and proud of us. I gave him a kiss on the lips goodbye. And I left him be to get some rest.

I messaged him this morning because he left his vape liquid here and did he want me to bring it over. He said no thanks, I feel better how are you? And it's back to silence.

Do any of you have and advice on how to act and any inklings on how he feels? We were both full of excitement and couldn't stop talking to each other before we met; he was abused by his past couple of relationships so I don't wanna be a crazy woman!
