Then she texted me that she needed to tell me something she wanted to pursue but before, she requested a few work materials, which I gave her, but she has yet to ask me what she needed my advice on. Honestly, I never texted her but sent her the screenshots for her marketing material, and that's about it.

I know ESFPs are flirty and outgoing, but is she interested or flirty? She's my coworker, so I want to be sure.
