There is no truth here, if you are a woman and you think an attractive man in just his shirt is gross then you are barely even a straight woman.

Thirdly in society it's considered bad for a man to be bottomless because society is mostly run by men and men don't want to see other men like that and also men are more perceived as sexual criminals since they are more capable of it.

Regardless if you are an average woman and are bottomless in public most men will not think that is cute or sexy. Sorry, you are aware what the average woman looks like and her body weight? lol

Nice try though with you skewed perspective. Are you getting some hits on here with you BS?

What's next, write something about how if men cheat it's bad and about sex but if women cheat it's about love and connection. This place is just a trollfest.

What happened to secondly? LOL. Skipped right over that, a? I have no clue what exactly you're talking about with your comment. You focused most of it on a comic I did not create, rather then what I actually wrote. Then you go off on some topic I haven't written for some unknown reason. Hey, if you feel like this is all just one big troll fest, then why are you here. When I hate something, I avoid it all together, and yet... here you are. Oh well.

No one says a girl in just a shirt IN PUBLIC is cute or sexy. It's perceived as cute or sexy at home, when the guy's girlfriend is dressed in his sorry for example. Whereas, her boyfriend dressed in just a shirt? Not so sexy. Because on women, legs and butts are the focus of appreciation. On men, shoulders and arms. That's why a guy on just jeans and no shirt is a common icon of magazines.

WOW, I'm amazed that you thought of all these. This is great.

Basically it comes down to this:
-Men way too often get accused of not being masculine enough
-Men way too often get accused of being creepy

these are very true and valid! i think feminism is very important, but i also think that in the fight to overcome oppression that generally comes with being a woman, we can often forget that we are also privileged in ways that men generally aren't. and thats why feminism is (or at least should be) a move for equality between both genders.

Best take ever. Yeah I could add a couple.

    39. Can never ask out, and never pay for dates without it having a negative effect on you chances of getting a date.

    40. Can go dutch (for the very very rare few women that do ask out. I nor none of the guys have ever known a woman to do this, but I suppose these types of women exist) and never be looked at as "cheap" and inconsiderate.

    41. Can be grown and still live at home with parents and never be looked at as a loser a failure.

    42. Can be over 30 and still be a virgin without being looked upon as a "loser" or assumed to be gay, etc.

No because a woman could never ask a guy out or pay for a date all without it effecting their dating life in any negative way unlike guys.

"Do you ever think that society will change so that these are no longer priviledges for some, but apply to all?"

No, some of the "privileges" might change over time, but there will always be differences, only feminists believe in total equality - that said, feminists actually only wants all the privileges, but to simplify it, that is what they claim to want.

Personally I don't consider social advantages as privileges, since they are mostly voluntarily given and not forced by the state. The custody issues is a problem, just like conscription etc..

Women have few true privileges (by law), they should be removed post hast, along with any other kind of affirmative action.

Once equal under the law, I can live with whatever advantages given to woman that is left, it's ok I don't mind as long as it not legal privileges.

I assume the picture with the tshirt is supposed to be about putting photos of yourselves on instagram or something? Because clearly the one with the guy is not okay BECAUSE HIS PENIS IS SHOWING! If you could see the girl's vagina people wouldn't think it was cute.

I do agree with you though that guys should be allowed to act more "gay" (or what people call gay) without getting abuse for it.

@PiuBelloAmante "the privilege of being a man" I thought about writing it too, but I knew exactly what would happen... every other man would write in and tell me that I was being unfair or that how would I know, etc. and in truth, they'd be right, which is why I didn't bother even trying. I mean I can speak to some of the things here even though not all apply to me personally. I would be interested to see that list however, but going in with the mindset that I want to prove how much harder men have it, should not be the point, because that wasn't the point I was trying to make or say one has it worse or better off than another, but just simply to point out by virtue of your birth, which you had no hand in, you as a man or me as a woman are given certain privileges but both sexes each have their own disadvantages.

There are studies that have shown that attractive women do attract more attention, do get more stuff, and do get away with more petty things like lying. They've even done studies on babies that have proved that even as babies, more attractive babies are told they are beautiful and they are loved more and do get more attention then "unattractive babies."

@Take Owner they also showed that male babies get less attention then female babies. When they cry there allowed to continue to cry, as I have heard to "strengthen there lungs" or to learn how to be independent yet when a female baby cries they are immediatley held and cared for. This would explain a lot of behaviors as it conditions the male to not express his pain or feelings since no one cares while encouraging females to express themselves because every one cares.

^^^yes a lot of these behaviors are ingrained in us from a young age. It's the same reasons fathers don't allow their sons to play with dolls or their daughters to play with tools or dump trucks. It's just "not what girls/boys 'should' be playing with" is the logic often used, because it will turn them into something or making them more boyish or girlish. This is why its interesting to look at boys and girls schools only where comparing the sexes or having to compete with the opposite sex is a factor that is taken out. Are those biases still there? Is there less pressure to act or be a certain way?

I don't understand what's the problem with fathers not allowing their sons to not play with dolls.
I mean i don't care what my daughter does, but i will always have a strict guidelines for my son.
      It's the curse of men.

I strongly disagree with this. It just makes me more convinced that gender roles need to be abolished so there isn't the same pressure to conform to a certain ideal.

and if you mean for both genders many men would agree the thing is even if we have "privilege" our "roles" are far more rigid in what makes us "men."

Yes actually but I think actions speak louder than words and what I see is a lot of women not really caring about men's part in equality and in fact viewing us as the enemy simply by being male. see male abuse shelters being shut down male suicide groups being protested by feminists.

right well then what is the appeal of labels such as feminist you may believe in their writings but not their actions so then what are you going to say all the feminists who do bad things are not real feminists? Then why is the majority silent when they do them? I support equality not feminism because well like any other ideological movement it became about being right not getting it right.

Wow great points except the facebook thing isn't always true its really more about the individual and I don't think 30 is true either I've seen plenty of guys playing with their kids and nobody questions them I think only a really messed up fuck bag would do something like that. Also I do have one, but its really more applied to attractive women but if she is hot she could get a rich guy just by her looks.

30 is more if dad shows up to the girl scout meeting, or cheer practice, or at toddler time, the other moms are usually questioning if his wife is coming or if he can handle chaperoning the day, not that a man can't be a good father

Most of this has to do with gender roles. Hence why I hate gender to begin with. If everyone would just be considered their sex they could act however they want without gender norms breathing down their neck and confusing them. But no some of this is the biological difference of the sexes most gender norms though.

I do really like that no one ever sees me as intimidating. that can be bad if I'm alone, but otherwise I can be instant friends with anyone. although if they're male, then I always have to wonder if they're being friendly because they want to fuck... which can be intimidating to deal with.

Most of the disadvantages men while about are there because men made it that way.

You can't do certain things because people will think you're creepy or a sexual predator? Female only sections in gyms, clubs, etc? Blame your male population for sexualizing women to such a crazy extent.

Well, its mostly true. The only one I actually care about though is the sex one. Women have so much power in sex and relationships.

Additionally (I don't know if it was mentioned) but in times of war, men are the ones who go out to die.

.. but I must add, now women are actually fighting for and have won the right to serve on the front lines, and there have been in recent years, several female soldier casualties, though obviously not at the same level as men, but a life is a life. I would say more along the lines as many have, is that men can be drafted, women cannot.

I think you correct. Historically it was men but more and more women are going into it. I think the next world war will have a lot more females fighting. So its just the sex thing... bummer.
