One of the best questions at the last democratic debate was asked by a black American teen, 'do black lives matter, or all lives matter?'.

I can tell you how the candidates responded impacted how I felt about hem.

    Basically- I agree with you.

I'm not trying to flip, but why not? We should be, to the limits of our abilities, working to accept everyone EQUALLY. That means no one gets preference, and no one is put down. We need to move toward social structures (like BLINDED interviews) that avoid unconscious prejudice, and punish conscious prejudice.

Your a complete cretin. If you had any form of substantial intelligence you would understand.

Races are killed for being full of pride all of the time, to declare that only black people get killed for being prideful is laughable at best. Not only do you not know what the break up of yugoslavia was you dont even have the common sense or want to appear somewhat intelligent by looking it up on the internet.
Because you seem ineligible of operating a search engine i will explain it for you in the simplest terms possible, hopefully you won't find them to confusing.
Yugoslavia wasn't a race (seriously? A race! HA!), it was a country located in Europe, near Italy to be precise. Yugoslavia was the union of Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Slovenia. There came a time, in the 1990's, when Serbs ust started killing scores of people. Particularly, non-serbians and Muslims were the vast majority of their ethnic cleansing. After the war, yugoslavia was split up.

First of all, in your initial comment you made it clear that you though black people are the only ones wronged for showing pride. "It's only an issue with others when it's black pride but not other races smh", so i guess i may of added 'killed'; however, the two coincide so it should not distract from the main part of the message.
You also state, "So what is that your justification for splitting a race up" in connection to my comment about the break up of yugoslavia. This allows for the simple connect between the two to be made. To the average person it would be apparent that you were referring to yugoslavia as if it was a race. If that isn't what you meant, you should work on making your thoughts more evident in your writing.
You state that i am 'forced', i frankly have no idea as to what that means. However, i have inferred its meaning by reading the rest of your comment. Obviously, you are upset that i have outclassed you in this conversation. Since you have run out of things to

You are out of any arguing points and you feel intimidated by my more sophisticated vernacular. You decide to play the role of psychologist and 'analyze' me because you think it will somehow be correct or prove you are just as intelligent if not more than i. You laugh because you know you have nowhere to go, you laugh because you realize that it is all you can do.

    Pro-black groups aren't anti-white, but:

"It comes as a surprise to people when I say that. Both black and white. And it warrants many different reactions. Mostly negative. And mostly from fellow black people. They don't understand how I can possibly be for people like myself and not be against people that are different. They perceive it as me "selling out". I've had people tell me I'm ashamed of who I am and that I'm a disgrace. They even go as far as calling me "white-washed"."

Possibly because all of the racism in our society had a lid placed over it that after the string of murders by police the lid blew off and the water boiled over causing people to either reveal their true feelings or develop these feelings.

Every group should protect its interests. Likewise pro-white groups are by no means necessarily ant-other groups. Protecting the interests of your group does not mean you have to hate anybody else. It is a fundamental right that every group should exercise, if it has any sense of self-preservation. However, I think it should be obvious why mixing groups within the same country can be very problematic.

@NedfromtheNed the stupid "no all lives matter" is completely missing the point. You probably picked that up from Fox News or something.

The Black Lives Matter movement is to right a wrong and create equality and accountability for government officials to not profile and abuse based on race. It's not saying any life is worth more than another.

Hmm, interesting opinion. But again you fail.

The black lives matter party is, for the most part, an anti-white and almost anarchist force. They call for the killing of not only police but of whites in general. They do not want peace, they only want race war, they grew up with images of Martin Luther King (a great guy) and now think they can find equal fame by starting a race war and then playing the role of peacekeeper, the same thing is going on in the White House but i digress.

There are countless instances in which black lives matter have supported the killing of people. These people claim to be Ghandi, they are just another Milošević.

NedfromtheNed Saying that is dismissive of the fact that in America, Black lives have never mattered since they stepped foot on slave ships. Despite your very self-absorbed feelings and viewpoint on this topic, BLACK LIVES DO NOT MATTER and have not mattered to many police officers, persecutors, judges, lawyers, and even funeral home workers who still refuse to pick up Black bodies up until this day. There is no debate. Many people do not think black lives matter. Period. That's why they showed more concern for a lion in Africa than they did for a 12 year old black boy who got shot with a toy gun. That's why they blamed Treyvon Martin for defending himself when a grown ass man who's not a cop seemed to be stalking him at night then approached him aggressively and provoked a confrontation with him.

Well that can be explained by the fact that the only people bold enough to claim they are proud of being white are the hillbilly bigots.
But I am proud of my race just as much as you are yours, although I don't have the freedom to say it without being considered racists. But I have no issue with any race.

I also see many pro-black groups who are anti-white which gives some similarities to what you said about pro-white groups. Yes it isn't all pro-black groups, but there is a lot of anti-white bullshit spewed under the topic of being pro-black.

I understand the need to rise up from the hatred of the past and there definitely needs to be an ability of a marginalized group to speak up and overcome, but I don't believe it should also allow bigotry of the other side.

I agree. Bigotry gets us nowhere and fast. I hate that there vendors has to be pro-this group and pro-that. Especially in 2015. Race should not still be an issue.
