To be fair though I had been consistently doing home workouts for a year previously so it's not like I started from nothing.

To me New Year's means this:

- Chart and organize what needs to get done yet that didn't happen last year.

- Clean house, so that the new year's tasks, both leftovers and newcomers, can be handled more efficiently.

- Drink sparkling grape juice while the ball drops. (I don't drink alcohol.)

- Eat lots of shrimp.

The only thing I find funny is the fact that I see more statuses and memes saying they hate 'new year, new me' stauses than actual new year, new me statuses...

I hope all the new gym goers quit because I don't want the gym to be busy lol. I like how not busy I had been since May til like December. Although it has been a bit busier the last two weeks but still not busy
