1.) I'd make it socially unacceptable to wear dresses and skirts
Why? Well because I don't like them, I think they are atrocious and because I think women look better in pants(specifically tight pants).
2.) SJWs/misandrists and alt righters/neo nazis would become unpopular
While they would still be allowed peacefully express their views, more people would view these two groups as hate groups hence why they would be unpopular.
3.) Death penalty would be very limited worldwide
In order to avoid sentencing innocent people to death, the death penalty would only be a option if a criminal is caught on tape(body camera, security camera, cell phone camera etc) doing a heinous crime.
4.) Military drafts abolished worldwide
Instead of using humans as canon fodder, every military in the world would rely on volunteers. "Well duh, you'd be ruling the world." Every country would still have their own military, however all militaries in the world would be under my control.
5.) Militaries
Every country will keep their militaries but they have no permission to invade other countries. Theor size can not be more than 400,000. Each country can decide how their military looks(uniforms), the kind of training they receive and the weaponry and equipment they use.
6.) Ban WMDs
All WMDs would be banned, no country will be allowed to have nuclear weapons or any weapon that can cause complete destruction.
5.) How international issues(trade, economy) be resolved
There would be plan a; which would be diplomatic methods. Plan b; a friendly game(strategy games, video games, sports), plan c; if plan A and B fail then the countries involved would get a group of their soldiers(2000 maximum) and they would battle each other on a open field that is specifically designed for battle. The battle would be contained within the field and it would not be allowed to spread into the urban areas. This is to avoid all civilian casualities. The battle would end once all the soldiers on one side fall or surrender. The prisoners of war are to be treated well and they will be repatriated to their countries. The losers will have to give in to the victor's demands(as long as they are rational).
6.) Weapon laws
All people in the world that are 18 years old or older will be able to purchase firearms but you'll only be able to purchase very little ammunition for each firearm you own. People will only be able to carry one small caliber pistol(less than 9mm) in public for self defense and people will only be able to carry 3 pistol clips(one already in gun). People are required to keep their guns holstered, they are only allowed to draw their gun if they are defending themselves. Any larger caliber weapons can only be kept in people's homes for self defense or carried in cars when they want to go to shooting ranges. If there are more than 200,000 gun law violations in a year, nobody will be allowed to carry guns in public. People can still carry tasers, BB guns, pellet guns, pepper spray, sharp or blunt weapons with no restrictions except that sharp weapons in public can't be larger than 12 inches.
7.) Uniforms will be optional
Some schools and jobs require people to wear uniforms. That would change, schools won't be allowed to enforce school uniforms in order to allow students to express themselves, jobs won't be allowed to enforce uniforms(only police, military and firefighters need to wear uniforms) The only thing that jobs can do is tell their workers to wear appropriate clothes for their jobs. The catch is that students and workers will need to wear arm bands that identify their status.
8.) Classical music would dominate the music industry
You have sorts of non classical music that people listen to, well in this alternate world most of the famous musical artist would be classical music based.
9.) Every country will be democratic
Every country will be lead by me in a democratic way, which means no abuse of power.
10.) The world will have Egalitarian societies
All double standards will be eliminated. Every person in the world will have rights, will not have to worry about what others think about them and won't have to worry about bigotry.
11.) Thorough Law enforcement
There will always be recruitments of new police officers, in order to establish large police forces. The reason why is to have more police officers that patrol more streets and the isolated parts(forests, river beds, alleys etc) Every police officer will wear full body armor over their uniforms, they will be armed with pistols, tasers, batons and a weapon of choice(assault rifles, sub machine guns or shotguns). Police cars will be armored, have bullet proof glass and bullet proof tires. In order to not scare citizens with all the extra firepower, police officers can only carry their larger weapons when patrolling isolated areas. With a lot of police officers there won't be too many people breaking the law.
12.) Birth rate
Couples would only be able to have 5 children, in order to avoid overpopulation. If one child died then they can have another one. If a person had more than 5 then they will pay a large fine.
13.) Immigration
Since every country would be identical, there probably won't be too much immigration. So immigration laws would stay the same.
14.) Freedom of religion
There is no need to treat religious people or atheists badly, people would still be allowed to believe in what they want.
15.) Prove once and for all that women are visual
You notice how most ads, and art works feature sexually appealing women. However in this society, both men and women will be featured in the same way. The theory of "women aren't visual" will become a myth.
16.) Eliminate weight division in MMA
Traditionally MMA didn't have weight divisions. People of different sizes would compete against each other but a new law prohibits people of different weight classes from competing against each other. Other martial arts competitions still have open weight competitions like Brazilian Jiu jitsu.
17.) No racial beauty standards
The only reason why some people tend to think one race is better than another is because of beauty standards and preferences not because a race is better looking than another, this fact tends to anger a lot of close minded people because it's the truth, hence why I would eliminate beauty standards.
18.) Marriage
Same marriage laws, you can marry whoever you want regardless of race, religion, sex.
19.) Technology
Most of the technological effort would be put into ways of facilitating life for people. Medical fields, creating new fabrics, etc.
20.) Every nation can keep their cultural identity
Every nation can express themselves through their culture (language, music, arts, foods, inventions etc)
