I'm honestly sick of people complaining. You know why i'm skinny? Because I eat smaller portions. I can still eat sugar and junk food I just don't eat it as regularly and to the same extreme. Stop acting like it's hard.

As a girl in between chubby and fat (almost 200 lbs) at the moment. I'm 5'3" Up until 4 years ago I was skinny even underweight (100 lbs) but I haven't been able to control my weight gain as I am still getting larger. But I am my happiest I've ever been. I don't love being this big but I am happy and okay with it.
I'm the exact same way. I'm six foot three inches, and 275 pounds, but I also have a huge frame, skeletal bones in general, and a lot of muscle mass. I can still lose some weight, but most people guess me at about 240 pounds. They are stunned at how much I weigh.
I'm sure you look fine (not flirting) You shouldn't starve yourself either. They say I don't know where its from but if you don't eat its worse? I have no clue
Disclaimer: I am by no means an expert, this is based off my experiences.
I suggest you not starve yourself. If you were to starve yourself, it would make you lose weight, yes. Although, even though you would shred a pound (maybe more) you would begin to feel lethargic and would not want to work out. Another issue that may a come from this is psychological changes. Can't post links yet, so I'll quote the article: "Here is a summary of what they found:
Prolonged semi-starvation produced significant increases in depression, hysteria and hypochondriasis (a focus on somatic concerns) as measured by the MMPI (a test of personality) Most participants experienced periods of severe emotional distress and depression and grew increasingly irritable."
To lose weight and be more confident, have a healthy diet and exercise. You will feel better and look better.
@MrFlaps I agree with that. He should take it easy and do it right. If you want to change your appearance, change habits into healthy ones that you can live with. That way your looks will change and stay. Starving also leaves you with too much saggy skin which does not look good, but exercising - strength training keeps you toned and skin doesn't sag so much. Additionally it feels horrible to starve so in the end you will fed up with it and start to eat again. You should have caloric deficit at first when shredding pounds but don't exaggerate and take it easy. Study what you eat and eat healthy.
You can do it. More sleep less alcohol and caffeine, more fruit and veggies, less processed foods, less snacking, more lean protein, more working out. You got it.
Some people can be overweight and look okay. That doesn't change that obesity is awful to your body and costs the USA a literal fortune every year in medical costs.
That girl at the bottom is gross. Too thin and too muscly. And what's with using her as the definition of health and attractiveness but the black girl you use as "fat"?
You misunderstood.. I didn't use her as healthy and attractive one and the black one as fat. As I said I find curves attractive and I only wish I could look like the black girl.
I used the black girl as a curvy one, and the down one as fit one. Other explanations are added by you :)
I call 'fat' if you get difficulties breathing after running for 10 meters, touch the steering wheel whith your belly in the car or don't fit in the cinema/flight plane seats

The black girl in the picture is not fat nor chubby, she is voluptuous. I don't like objectively overweight guys, honestly.
hmm is that skinny, this girl looks pretty good in my opinion. I meant more thin but not anorexic. Kind of natural boyish body, no butt no boobs, small frame.. more something like this (but not quite): ae01.alicdn.com/.../...High-Waist-Skinny-Jeans.jpg
I agree with you, someone's body shape is no ones business. It's a sad fact that most people are obsessed with appearance/weight. It says so much about them... they don't have anything else happening in their sorry lives.

Thats all that it matters dear, I am happy for you
I'm 220 and 5'10. Big but I have a large skeletal frame. My torso is large too. Not fat but not bony either.

@EnglishArtsteacher You both look good, hope you are happy with yourselves
@Yanika I am. Thanks for the compliment.
I'm 6'2 230 pounds and as of late I feel like I need to starve myself in order to be considered good looking.
What changed that you feel like you need to starve in order to look good?
I don't know. I work out but I feel like starving myself would help
I'm not confident in the way I look

Okay, so, do you have any goals in mind? Anything you want to accomplish for yourself?
@Anon-ymous1 I just want to feel better about myself
You can do it man. But you have to have a real goal. What's your goal? What will you really work toward?
@Anon-ymous1 Career or relationship wise?
I meant like in terms of physicality.
@Anon-ymous1 Better body so I can be more attractive
Yeah but I mean you need to have something specific, a true attainable goal in mind in order for you to know when you reached it, you know?
@Anon-ymous1 Like a certain number?
Yeah for sure.
@Anon-ymous1 @00 lbs
Did you mean 200?
@Anon-ymous1 Yes lol
You can do it. More sleep less alcohol and caffeine, more fruit and veggies, less processed foods, less snacking, more lean protein, more working out. You got it.
@Anon-ymous1 I started out at 232 this week and this morning I weight 227
Nice. Good luck man.

I'm like you except I have get to gain. I do want curves in all the right places
Exactly! :)

She's fat
@StickStickity13 She's not.
Yes.
@StickStickity13 I'm not saying she is not slightly overweight. She would look better if she had 10-15 pounds less than she does. But she is not fat.
Overweight via fat, makes you fat. If she was muscular then it's a different story.
@StickStickity13 What time does it take to wear off that amount of weight? 2 months top? Let's be serious.
And a girl 15 lbs overweight by muscles is ugly and unfeminine as fuck.
The lighter you are, the less weight you burn. it could take 4-5 months depending on factors. She could be 30 pounds overweight for all we know.
She's fat
... She's fat.
Fat is fat. If you don't like it do something about it. Just don't expect everybody to like it.
Fat people are not attractive and they have no room to judge either
I think the goal should be healthy weight based on height. Extremes are not healthy...
l have fallen in love with the bottom girl so hot l need to go to bed and have a rest
so sexy pass me the girl lol
I don't care about their figure, even though I think that sex would be different with them.
I think the girl in the first picture would squash the girl in the second picture. 😂
There is a limit; being 300-400 pounds is not healthy unless you’re 7 feet tall
I think body shaming is bad but people also should be in a healthy weight.
Why do you feel sorry for skinny chicks? They're the ones who get the guys...
Not the skinny skinny ones.. imagine someone who looks very thin, almost anorexic, but this is their natural appearance no matter what he/she eats
That's not skinny, that's anorexic. This is skinny:

i black chicks more than white woman i noticed that white woman feel enitlted for something
LOL @ the downvotes
@Afrochick all the butthurt whute woman can fuck off
Actually it is none of your business
Everyone is able to have an opinion, why so angry?
@Prof_Don I am not angry... but maybe someone doesn't want her opinion on something so personal.
I agree with you, someone's body shape is no ones business. It's a sad fact that most people are obsessed with appearance/weight. It says so much about them... they don't have anything else happening in their sorry lives.
I guess you don't live in society because it's human nature to judge.
@ZELLxoxo
Some people seem to be more human than others.
