
Here are the top 3 things that I hear from my overweight friends, that really get under my skin!
1. I'm on a diet- *eats pizza and drinks diet coke*
Why are you surprised that you're not losing weight? Educate yourself, if you think that diet coke is gonna burn off all the calories of the pizza, then you're doing it wrong. Oh man.
2. It's too exhausting to exercise
You don't say? You actually have to put in effort to keep in shape and lose weight? Exercise and diet will promote good health, not to mention it'll get easier as you do it more often.
3. You eat like a pig, but you're so skinny. What's wrong with you?
Why are you throwing shade at me for being skinny? I don't think there is anything wrong with me having a high metabolism and being able to eat and not gain weight.
