This post keeps popping up, and I don't want to answer it, but it won't go away!! Should I say something Horrible, just to make it go away, or maybe the moderators/managers of the site can stop these kind of 'features' from bothering some of us who don't want to respond, like maybe with a click box that says "DOESN'T RELATE TO ME" or "NOT INTERESTED" and go away!!
I’ve dated a couple of big girls in my life and I don’t care what their bodies look like. All I’ve cared about is their love for God. I have a lot of female friends who are big and I love them, not for their bodies but for their friendships I have with them.

y'all need to calm down. For those of you who don't understand Titanic's opinion he just said "the most important thing to me is that my girl share my worldview." Basically what she believes and the way that affects her life as a person matters more to him than their figure.
Anyone who doesn't understand that conflicting viewpoints in a relationship are a surefire way to heartbreak hasn't lived long enough. You can make it an issue of God, and while that might be the most significant part of that statement to him, the real issue is one of worldview rather than religion. So y'all can calm down.

@marilynmansonssextoy People don't realize it but each has their own God be it themselves, the respect of other, their S/O, atheism (ironically enough) etc. It's rare to see people admit something that isn't based in religion is their god so I must admit I very much respect you for saying that. @Titanic1912 don't say something if you don't know it to be true. I'm a Christian too. You should know that there is no place in which the Bible says Jesus or God loves everyone. Romans 9:13 "as it is written, Jacob I loved but Esau I hated." Psalm 5:5 "The arrogant cannot stand in Your presence; You hate all who do wrong." Most anyone who views the Bible casually can see that God doesn't simply love everyone the same. It's sad when atheists understand truths of scripture better than we do as Christians. No one has reason to respect your beliefs if you do not hold to them yourself.

At any rate, @marilynmansonssextoy I can't say whether or not God loves you. It may or may not be His will that you be saved. I hope you can respect what I intend as honesty and not as insult. I have a certain respect for you in the same kind of sense that I respect Kurt Cobain as someone who lived his life by what he believed and took his beliefs to their logical conclusion despite the result of it. I hope God may bless you to one day better understand the nature of what it means to be a Christian. I won't preach at ya but I hope we can have a certain mutual respect in the future.

Do you deny all those passages which speak to God being unchanging? Hebrews 13:8 "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and tomorrow." Malachi 3:6 "For I the Lord do not change; therefore you, O children of Jacob, are not consumed." James 1:17 "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change."
The God of the Old Testament is the same God that is in the New Testament. If it was once true that God hates His enemies that cannot cease to be true. Yet, at the same time you must understand what the scripture means when it refers to God hating His enemies. As I said before, read this article. In claiming God loves all men equally you make for yourself an idol that is not the God of the Bible. God does not love all equally or else all would be saved. We know for a fact that not all are saved as is VERY clearly laid out in Romans 9. God does not love infinitely, He loves perfectly and those two things are very different indeed.

Im sorry but the reason people find normal figured people sexier is because chances are they are healthier too. Its dna and instinct. Anyone can be what they want but bitching about whats right or normal just because you aren't part of right or normal is wrong.

I wouldn’t be with a very large woman
My grandma is morbidly obese. She has type 2 diabetes and can barely walk with a walker. The only reason she is around today is because my grandpa is there to take care of her. I love them both greatly but I don’t want to spend my elder life taking care of someone like that.
The girls you described are completely fine. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with being a little bigger than average. But there is a definite line that needs to be drawn. Just like being too skinny can be bad as well.
As long as she is healthy than she is good.

You're missing the point, though. If 70% of men think you're unattractive, and your doctor has been recommending you lose weight because your BMI is too high, the issue isn't "fat-shaming". It's your weight. And no amount of "body-positivity" is going to change that.

To give big girls an ego boost? C'mon... we live in a society now that values health and vitality. Being overweight is not healthy so being fat will never be socially acceptable. I mean I understand what your saying but telling other fat girls that it's okay to be fat is really unhealthy. Instead of banding together to stop fat shaming why don't you ban together to lose weight. Stop acting like there isn't a double standard because if a man gets fat he's labelled as well.
I sympathize-its can be hard for women to be judged only by a number-their weight. And its unfair and hurtful. Understand however that men are judged by a number too-their income. And its unfair and hurtful

@Celtero it is praised all the time to be thicker and there are even studies that fuller figures are more attractive to men. Guys all the time tell me I'm too skinny for their taste / average. Curves are truly attractive.
I love big women but they are often their own worst enemies. They will complain about being overweight and yet do nothing about it or they will single out women they call skinny bitches and yet have a meltdown if someone calls them fat.
