This is a bonkers conspiracy theory pushed by various political figures seen below and has absolutely no truth.

Famed progressive Paul Krugman addresses false claims that whites are not the future of the USA and won't have political power in their nation.

Famed Latino Reporter Jorge Ramos tackles the lie that whites are being replaced and turned into a minority in the USA

The Huffington post also tackled this issue and confirmed there is no goal for whites to become a minority, nor any sort of malice the left has towards whites.

Cnn also tackled how this is factually false and whites are not becoming a minority in the USA due to almost unlimited migration.

The great replacement theory is based on sound statistical evidence, but it simply makes the conjecture that this is based on a scheme.
Majority white nations, e. g. US, Britain, France, Germany, etc. are being overrun by immigrants who wish to take advantage of the safety, technological advances, and generous social benefits, most of whom offer no reciprocal benefit.
If trends continue the countries will become white-minority countries. This isn't conspiracy.
The only conspiracy is believing misanthropic Jews who own media/ marketing/ advertisement, push narratives on race mixing, design economic policy to be based on GDP goals that can only be reached with drastic increases in population (which don't actually add to the individual wealth/ prosperity in the least), and remove barriers to entry for low-iq/ low-skill "brown" people from third-world nations in order to enrich themselves at the expense of the white population.
The trends are true regardless if you believe there is some design behind it, as opposed to it being happenstance.

I don't know what policies are in place now, but the it seems to have been effective in limiting Asian entry & residence, even now. Well firstly the fact that white people living today aren't gonna see it is a selfish idea. It's selfish to not care about what happens to people in the future. It would probably take too long to fully explain how and why and for it to make sense, but those changes didn't happen organically, they were deliberately socially engineered.

As for the well-being of future generations, as before I pointed to South Africa and what's happening to the white minority there. Many people deny that this is happening, while others say that it's justified because of past crimes of the white South Africans. Real as it may be I always laugh at the way these are written. Nobody planned this.
