I won't say you're wrong, but I will say that we can have our cake and eat it too.

Capitalism has created more wealth for the average person than at any other point in time. On average people are living wealthier than they ever have. It gives people like me who were born with no status, no inheritance, a half assed education, and no college the ability to live middle class and in total luxury by 20th century standards.

Yes, mega corporations cause environmental damage, but they also employ millions upon millions of people.

It's not a perfect system by any means but bottom line: it works. It requires you to provide a good or a service to someone else. Because you don't get something for nothing. There HAS to be an exchange.

Communism and Socialism doesn't have that. Those take from the individual and by doing so eliminates the incentive to produce or provide. It's why The Soviet Union collapsed. It's why China is collapsing. It's why Venezuela collapsed, and why North Koreans are starving to death.

There was no exchange. You got something from nothing. Eventually, the "something" runs out cause no one is making it.

Capitalism is not perfect but it is the best thing going for the citizens of any country. Ask someone who has lived under Democratic Socialists, Communism, and/or Socialism. They will tell you the reason they came to USA was to have a chance to self-thrive.

I'm not going to give much of an opinion but if you want to try your system out, I hear the US would let you make your own town and you can run it however you like. I would rather you do that than subject those who don't want to be a part of your plan to it, which is what a lot of these anti-capitalists want.
