Why do girls flake?

I think I dated this girl a couple of times. I went to the movies with her once, and to starbucks for once, and I also went to her house to help her with the class we were taking together.

Now after awhile, after the class ended, I called her to make plans, and she flakes on me. She doesn't answer any of my calls, she doesn't call me anymore just to talk, and I'm really confused about what happened.

Any ideas?

Women and men can evaluate the extent of what they want with a person through a few interactions. She either:

Got bored, sometimes the effort just isn't worth it o the relationship is not really what we want

Decided you didn't fit the bill, which is fair enough, better for you I'd say

and very rarely put you on the list of a potentials until she figures out what she wants because perhaps you made her actually think about it and it intimidated her.

Either way, chuck it up as a loss, you should spend that caring, compassionate, giving time with someone who actually appreciates it IMHO.

I concur. She isn't interested - but, do not take it personally (I know cliche). I think it would have been honorable if she had called you and let you know that you weren't exactly what she was looking for. Time to move on. She is worth anymore of your time.

Sorry to say but it sounds like she's just not interested. I would just let her be - you don't need a flake in your life.

She's not interested you and/or found a new guy.

I think that's the most likely answer.
