Half said yes, half said no. I think there will be a civil war between secularists and islamists.

%48 of Turkiye rejects this system aswell, you said like almost all of the Turkish citizens said YES to dictatorship lol. I voted for NO by the way and honestly its a bad day for my country, I feel like smashing their heads wherever I saw them but we can't do anything since it was an election. From this day on bad days are waiting for people who said ''NO'' I even bet there might be a civil war here if events go like this. And when civil war begins I will do everything to get rid of from those retards thats the religion which fucked our country, just fuck the ignorancy and stupid people.
I was thinking of exactly the same question, but would have posed it as "Turkey rejects democracy", lol.
The fact that the rules were changed at the 11th hour, to allow ballots that didn't have the official stamp, is just ludicrous. It reeks of election rigging and it should be investigated by an independent body.
I'm so sad. I voted no for him. I'm a secularist and I want a secular country. Not a caliphate. I hope democracy will come back again.

democracy (sort of) killing off democracy. It is an extraordinary thing but not unexpected if you look at how little campaigning the no-side could do and the unbelievable amount of promotion of yes. Then there also is the retarded thing that they said is that people who vote 'no' are inherently against the state of turkey. I'm hoping somehow Erdogan gets beaten in 2019 but let's be realistic, he is going to win and stay in power until 2029.
It is sad that there are so many people being ok with it. And it is even sadder that there is still a good chance that this is not an honest result anyway.
That people can be manipulated into believing almost anything.
Thanks God we are still the United States!
Why do you need mess in another countries' internal affairs? Seems they are going the American way, since they voted for the very same structure of government.
I'm from Turkey. It's not same with america, it seems same, but its not.
So it was a choice between a dictator or Sharia law. Now I understand.
What? It was a choice between dictatorship and democratic republic. There is no sharia law and never will be.
You said, "I think there will be a civil war between secularists and islamists."
People who said "yes" are islamists. But not that religous. They use religion for just politics, most of them doesn't want sharia law.
Part and parcel.
Finally i understand that there are %52 retards in Turkey.
If it's what the Turkish people wanted good for them.
49% of population doesn't want this.
But 51% does, that's how democracy works. It's not the will of the minority that decides.
Not everybody who said no are secularists. There are other islamist parties in turkey.
Its a sad day for democracy.
@flipbam there was "fix" on the votes.
they're retards
Bring back the ottoman empire.
