Of course they get special treatment, but what can you do? The prevailing view of most men is that these boys are lucky and they were not raped. Did you know. . . a lot of judges in America are men?
Maybe the issue could be solved if we elected more women judges. They are generally harder on women in these situations.
Do you think the legal system should consider whether the trauma to the boys is of the same magnitude as the trauma suffered by girls under such circumstances? (This is not a rhetorical question by which I am trying to make a statement. It is a simple and sincere question.)
Yes.
Even tho we think its not harming or scarring the child, the affects are very damaging. But usually men are to blinded by sex to see that
I don't know man! Cause I read news of women being imprisoned for doing such crimes and then her baby and the father of the child are given medical care... but whether or not more omen get medical treatment than men doing the same thing, I am not sure of that. Either way it's a disgusting crime.
Yes. 90% of the time, it's women that stick up for the underage boy, it's men that say how "lucky" the boy is.
Not the question
That's why I oh so generously said, "yes." You will find it to be the first word.
@skytatoe it absolutely is.

I think so. There are numerous cases where a woman raped a teenager (some as young as thirteen) in the US, got pregnant, sued and won child support. In one case, the kid was still underage and his parents had to pay.
That's messed up. There was a case lile that in the UK where this guy was raped by a teacher underage and 6 years later after he'd taken on running and building the family plumbing buisness she came looking child support. The statue of limitations is 3 years here I think.
Men get sentence harder and pay bigger fines then females. Female teachers get a slap on the wrist for a lot of thing's especially when they have sex with students.
Women get special treatment in the legal system in general. Less likely to be convicted of the same crime as men and on average get less time in prison.
Fun fact I found during a debate the other week, NJ has a law allowing a boy above 13 (or maybe 15 I forget) to marry the adult woman if she's pregnant, thus negating her crime lol
Yes, harsher sentences, more prison time, and shamed a whole lot less in these cases than men. I mean even on here, some of these guys are saying lucky boys or something to that effect instead of holding these women account.. it's more disgusting coming from the guys... But at the end of the day those boys will need help... We wonder why society is so fucked up these days.
I don't think any of the "victims" were left traumatized or pregnant.
Weren't they
They won't get pregnant because they are boys, as for trauma they are probably bragging about it to their friends. If it was a male teacher who did it, that would be a different matter in my opinion as being "molested" by an older man would likely haunt them for the rest of their lives.
Probably, but women get special treatment when it comes to sex or violence related crime all the time.
Women get shorter sentences for all crimes, on average, even adjusting for priors.
Of course they do. Enforcing laws on both genders equally is too much fucking effort for our feminized society.
Yes they do. A man can just look at a woman wrong and gets fired for sexual harassment. A women has sex with an underage student and nothing happens.
Am I wrong to believe they should get special treatment compared to men because women tend to be less inclined to sexual predator behavior?
Don't know much about this but, if that's true it's hypocritical law.
The situation is slightly different. But no less serious !!!
They do, but they shouldn't They should be registered sex offenders for life.
Simples...
If it was a male teacher having sex with a female student, then everyone would go crazy 😒
Yes, it’s a double standard.
That's a silly question: of course not.
Those chicks are crazy.
She needs psychological help while in prison.
I think prisons give some special treatment to moms anyway, but whatever.
I looked up and read the story. It's even worse than I thought. The parents were even cool with the idea of her being pregnant by the boy.
This is even worse for the boy, who's relationships are now colored by the fact he's had an adult relationship. He can't date girls with that kind of knowledge.
Maybe, but the boys are mostly active participants in the relationship. Who is abusing whom?
women actually have a advantagious position in next to all legal setting (there are exeptions)
Yes and I feel they shouldn't
the girls are like 30 and have sex with like a 14 year old and get like 5 years but the guys get like more then 10 years like tf
Of course they do Without a doubt
yeah probably
The legal system is favoured towards women!!
I just think because it's not the women who does the penetration but rather the male that's why.
Women in general get special treatment
A female cannot rape a male.
Exactly. Which is why you’re wrong. You can’t rape a 13 year old boy. He WANTS that pussy. I know I fucking did. But a 13 year old boy doesn’t understand that if he gets that teacher pregnant, he’s gonna have to go to court and then have to pay child support and then at some point deal with actually raising the child.
That is why the government puts an age limit. We figure by age 18 you know well enough about the world to make your own decisions about who’s pushy you stick your dick in and you’re conscious of the potential consequences. A 13 year old boy is absolutely not aware of these things. Therefore it is statutory rape.
It looks like it.
Not in my town
They certainly do.
Lucky bastsrds
