Do young girls (12-16) have special acceptable reasons for kicking a guy of same age or older guy in the groin as older girls (20-30) don't have any longer?

Up to date I got only one real answer on my question. Perhaps I used the wrong words. "Do minor girls have more permission in kicking guys between the legs than older girls. Because I think that they don't get problems if they do it and it is not acceptable within the older generation..."
