I'm less of an expert on South East Asia but I would assume in places like the Philippines or Thailand it's probably a mix of two things: being white and being rich. The second feature is true in two different ways: it is true in a literal way, as you are much richer than the locals. However, it is also true in the minds of the locals because for them, whiteness is equal to financial affluence.
So in countries like these two, many young women probably do feel very attracted to white guys in a sexual way but they also know that white boyfriends are a great asset to have. Either to lead a better life or perhaps even to emigrate to another (richer) country.

I don't know either. I have found as a biracial white/Japanese mix that I did find it a whole lot easier to get dates in places like Japan and Taiwan than in the US, for example, though that's East Asia. I don't have as much experience in Southeast Asia besides spending some of my childhood in Singapore (before I started dating).
For East Asia, one of the things that I think helps is that it's very common for males and females to befriend each other, and even starting from a very young age (lifelong childhood friends of opposite sexes). I think that eradicates some of the fear and distrust for the opposite sex, so it that often makes it easier to approach and talk to East Asian women at least in a friendly way. I was born in China and I can say that a lot of my family friends and relatives think that white guys are better than any other race.
For one point i think is because first they look different to the norm and chinese think white guys have more define facial features (like high nose bridge, exotic eye colour, jawline).

Some women in South East Asia do, but most don't. For many women in places such as Cambodia, Thailand and Philippines marrying a white man is a ticket out of the third world and to a better life. most places at south east asia are not that great, outside the city areas from tourist attraction sites are even worse. while some of them may actually be genuinely attracted to them for love. but there are also some that just want to get with any foreigner visiting the country that they can spot, because it is a chance for them to leave the country for a better life.
