Most large companies' HR guidelinesrestrict the information they will release about a former employee to dates of employment. Some will release whether or not the person is eligible for re-hire, others (very few) will confirm rates of pay.
Most won't release adverse information for fear that they'll expose themselves to civil liability in the event someone sues them over inaccurate information having been released and costing the person employment, etc.

You can put whatever you want to on your resume and your application. You don't have to list your old job if you don't want to. And that is probably a smart move. Typically, for the business you seem to be in, companies will call your past employers and ask them about you. But if you don't list them they won't know.
They probably won't find it unless they do an extensive background check. I think you should be fine, especially since you don't show up late to your current job. They are more likely to check your work record with your most recent employers than employers further in the past. I wouldn't worry too much about it, everyone has made mistakes in their past.
Only if you put supercuts down as previous employment or a reference.
yes. they will check your references and past employment

Yes they can. But they won't pursue it at that level. If you was something a bit higher up the ladder then maybe they'd check. Otherwise it's just whether or not your references mention it.
Still the main thing is. You're getting paid. Don't be late or you deserve to be firedDon't put it down. When you submit applications everyone is judged how they appear on paper. When they look at two applications and see 1 was fired for being late in less than a month and the other has never been fired, who do you think they will give an interview to? Exactly. Just omit the bad information for those entry level jobs and you should be fine. They won't be able to look up if you were fired if you don't tell them about it. At least I don't think so..
If you don't put it on your resume they won't find out (unless you've ranted about it on the internet using your real name perhaps, but I doubt they do such extensive background-checks for the type of job you are applying for).
If you put the work experience on your resume then yes it's possible for them to find out about you getting fired from super cuts.
