I agree that physical attributes matter, but there's exceptions.
Not every guy has all those things, but can still be successful by making the most of what he does have.
I'm not really on board with the no dating part either.
I've learned to do everything that I want in life, but not put all my eggs in one basket.
Meaning: You can love women, but you better understand them and realize that relationships don't usually last forever and trusting people is problematic.
It's about loving smarter, not avoiding love completely.
That's my opinion.

All of this is mostly true, but your need to realize that the only things from your list that are truly in changeable are height and body size (but you can fraud a bigger size through bodybuilding). You can get a Greek god jawline through plastic surgery, you can get muscles unless you’re a hardgainer (and even then, it’s still possible), you can get hair transplants and colored eye contacts, you can train your voice to be deeper, and you can accumulate material wealth. You can technically even change your height with limb lengthening surgery, though I’d stay away from that because it seems to have a high rate of crippling patients who undergo it. But the point is, surgical procedures and bodybuilding should solve your appearance problem, and looks are more important than money.
