Just be honest. If you're not ready, just say you don't want any right now... but maybe in the future. If you have the names of your kids already picked out... go ahead and say it.
That way the guys who are obsessed with breeding, and the guys who don't want to think about it yet, will know if you're right for them.
I'm guessing he's fishing to see if you want kids so he can evaluate you as a long term prospect. Or he's a pussy. If I met a girl who talked about that stuff too soon I'd run for the hills.
