You've been given all the power and authority to change the world to your own ends, Do you become a Benevolent Ruler or Dictator for Life?

[pervertedjester]

Would you better the World bit by bit or Bring it to it's knees in capitulation to your greatness?

Benevolent Ruler, The people adore and respect you as a leader for making the world better.

Dictator for Life, People tremble at your use of power and fear your rage! (Stalin is nothing next to you.)

Being adored and respected is fun and all but honestly it just means your a push over. Rather not be like by all but at least i know i did everything in my power to make the world a better place even if it doesn't look like it then to be loved by all but not get anything done

I'm pretty sure if you asked Dictators for Life past and present as to how they view themselves, almost all of them would tell you they are benevolent rulers.

[CrazyGirl2]

Obviously the benevolent leader! What megalomaniac would actually publicly admit to wanting to be a dictator... On wait! I forgot where I was for a second, trolls gotta troll!

[RP_Blackburn]

Where is the Illuminati option?
Or does me asking that just prove I wouldn't be able to pull it off...

I guess I'll be a benevolent ruler then..

[Juxtapose]

I would force a lot of change, because there's too much bullshit that I would just not let fly if I was in charge.

There would be a vast amount of politicians and their corrupt connections being executed, starting with the ones in the USA :)

[DeeDeeDeVour]

Of course, I'd want to be everybody's "Benevolent Ruler" because who the heck wants to be hated?

[CapitalismFailed]

I would start out being benevolent but even the most well-intentioned leader becomes a tyrant given unlimited power.

I need to re-read, The Prince, by Machiavelli. Maybe you too.
