The only very "common thing" that isn't in the top 10 biggest life threats to both women and men is suicide, and that is of course unfortunate, but I don't know what we're supposed to do about it, other than encourage men to seek help. There's nothing to do about the fact that more men die of these particular other diseases, which do get as much attention as possible, or maybe you meant something else, if so, correct me.
As for the army. Yes, it's extremely unfair that men are forced into the army in your country. But objectively women are weaker. And forcing women into the army would be """worse""", because it would be more physically demanding. That is the reason people justify it by at least nowadays... someone has to be in the army. We could force both women and men, then it would be equal I guess... in my country it isn't a problem because a lot of people actually want to be in the army

Because they don’t speak out. The same happens to women who don’t speak out. If you can learn to communicate effectively this should change in today’s society now. In healthcare were well aware than men typically underreport pain and issues etc so as professionals you’re always aware of this and on the lookout for p her signs that may indicate certain things. Things don’t always go as unnoticed as one might think.
Believe it or not but the biggest advocates for mens rights is feminists. This should not be shocking if you understood the feminist movement but the fact that people are surprised by this fact sort of proves the problem.
People don't care for what they take for granted.
And people are biologically designed to take men for granted.
