The issue 'pure and simple' is rooted in the MUTUAL concern for potential misunderstanding in automotive traffic stops. BOTH the Operator and the Responding Traffic Cop are FOREMOST human.

Under the law, in 'common sense'... there is a term: 'furritive movement' wherein the Officer is legally empowered to do WHATEVER IS NECESSARY in the time CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOW, to foremost preserve his own life and the lives of others nearby IF the OFFICER deems the Operator or his companions engage in a sudden (furritive) movement possibly manifesting a deadly weapon.

Naively-'clever' persons engaged in criminal enterprise and 'fuel'ed by Hollywood and TV, are KNOWN to sometimes panic, and do 'STUPID' ... escalating making a bad situation far worse... thinking they'll get away.

'NOBODY outruns a Motorola' traffic stop. These days, with so many cruisers equipped with traffic cameras; sooner or later, "Game OVER".

In PA, people driving around with heavily tinted windows just means you are a drug dealer. Too many drug dealers think they are being slick and/or cool about having heavily tinted windows when in reality it's no different than putting a neon sign on their car "Hi I'm a drug dealer. Bust me copper." Goes to show y'all, druggies aren't the brightest people around.

We had a black pastor here that charged racism on Police , but there was one problem , he had tinted windows. There was no way the white cop could know he was black before he pulled him over. Logic would have cleared the cop , but hysteria and emotion , and feeling is what liberals think with. With all their degrees , liberals still never use logic. Kind of seems like a waste to have degrees and not use logic in your thinking.
