A 6 year old boy lure a 5 year old girl and told her let’s play a game where he raped her. She didn’t know anything while he had full knowledge about sex, knew how to do it and it was wrong while she had a mind of a baby. This little girl grew up with mental disorders, she also have a lot of shame, resentment and guilt. It impacted her negatively and she also tried to commit suicide 3 times. I hope this didn't happen :/ It's not too uncommon for kids to experiment. But that's really young and I'd wonder why he'd act in that or where he learned it. It would be rape if they didn't want it to happen, but at the same time, he's also a child. It's no excuse but it's worrisome.

That is a specific type of sexual abuse called child-on-child sexual abuse (usually refered to as cocsa for short)
Cocsa still absolutely counts as sexual abuse and is just as damaging. Yes the scenario described above would still be classified as a rape

I really want to be nice but your story really doesn’t add up. How does a 6 yo know what is sex even. Then I would doubt a boy that age even if he’s seen his parents do it to be interested in doing it himself. Finally under what circumstances two kids that age were alone enough time for him to do it. Honestly i don’t know how he knew, I don’t know if he saw his parents, he took her somewhere nobody would find them (a hiding place) part of his game, she did everything he told her to do while being clueless. She was a 5 year old child for god sake, don’t you know how kids love games? And are excited? Do you know anything about kids? They’re innocent that they would do anything you tell them, she was lured and brainwashed by this 6 year old that had a brain of a 19 year old. My theory is that he knew because he probably saw p*rn or he was among older friends talking about sex and he got curious. He was in jail when he got a minor pregnant that alone tells you about him. It seems unlikely that any six year old boy has full knowledge about sex. However, rape is possible, IF, he understands what he is doing, and that it is wrong. That's very questionable for a six year old.

We have no sexual instinct at the age of 6 - Definitely not to that level - a kiss (even these probably aren't sexual but emotional) or playful fights maybe - serial rapists are not like that - Take it to court and biology will debunk your story

Are you assuming something because I’m trying to think of all the things you could be thinking or assuming why I’m asking this questions and to answer you no I don’t have an ulterior purpose asking this question, I just want to know if it would count as a rape as it’s very unique and complicated case and I’m wondering, we’re all wondering because you know why?
