I live in Japan and meet a lot of other foreigners here who complain about Japan being racist. Some of the common complaints being:
"Did that guy just move to another car of the train because he saw some foreigners?" No, he moved because you're loud as fuck, and you're supposed to be quiet on the train.
"She didn't want to date me because I'm white." No, she didn't want to date you because you were drunk, and tried to sexually harass her. I was there next to you when it happened.
"They won't sell us the apartment because we're foreigners." While that might suck, also keep in mind that a lot of foreigners here just ditch the country within a year or two, don't pay any rent or other expenses, so it's understandable that they don't wanna take that risk.
Racism is everywhere but what is perceived as "racism" is just a result of foreigners not understanding the culture, the people, the language, or a result of shitty behavior done by foreigners in the past.

People have a right to complain when they're treated unfairly. It used to burn me alive when my dad would say ālife is unfairā well if that's how it has to be then I'll fight hard until it is for me and anyone else who needs me.
I hate bullies what makes you think it's okay to be cruel for any reason but especially for things people can't control such as their physical characteristics. Just because majority rules does not make it okay ever.
It doesn't matter where in the world you are the fact that people can't be cordial with each other is disgusting you don't have to like anyone but to be openly hateful if unprovoked is immature and a sign you haven't grown enough to remain tactful. Weāre supposed to do things for other people to lift our spirits together why would you break somebody down? What reason is there to be hateful when we all want to be loved, and we all know the pain of receiving only the opposite.
But you have a point they should leave if they are treated unfairly, move to a place where the people have grown from the mistakes of the past.
That depends on the details of the specific case.
If the complaints are legitimate, then the grievances should be heard. If not, then no.
If they generally don't complain much, but complained about something now, then that has more weight, then if finding something to complain-about was their hobby.
Then, there's their decision: If it' really so bad and they have the means, why keep staying?
Maybe they like the country itself, or there are more work opportunities
There is never a good reason to be racist, and nobody should just accept being on the receiving end of it

The way I see it is if I move to a country, I aim to fit in with their laws and rules. To move there and expect everything to change for my benefit is alarmingly selfish!
Why can't foreigners have opinions on how to improve the country they are living in? It's not like there is a country in the world that fit a person perfectly. What if their home country still are worse. It doesn't mean they have to accept the flaws of the new.
I think there should be a limit to the extent to which people should complain about any country they move to. In fact they should get very few rights at all until they have proven they are worthy of citizenship. If they don't like our country then I would invite them to find another to call home.
James visited my house,
James witnessed me beating my wife,
James calls me a wife beater based on what he witnessed with his own eyes and tries to call people's attention to it in the hopes that I will stop beating her.
HOW DARE JAMES!!! Right?
Flat, stupid way of thinking about things. It depends on the issue. If it's genocide then yes get the hell out of there if you can. If it's over something really petty such as not enough representation in their movies then I'd say leave if it really bothers you that much but if I were them, I wouldn't be losing sleep over that.
Well, it's too hard to capture all nuances on this topic, but sometimes they're frustrated about the way they've been treated.
If it affects them financially or. Physically then they have the right to. complain.
But anything social. i don't care about.I would be most offended by them since they came here knowing how it supposedly is. I know a bunch of immigrants and none of them are like that. They are well spoken, hard working and appreciative of the opportunity that they have here.
Iād understand. Depending on where you live some people could be racist but not all I live in a state with a lot of hillbillies so I know 😂 and my boyfriend tells me that a lot of people are secretly racist
they should be sent the fuck back to where they come from. how dare they bite the hand that feeds them.
"Then get the hell out". Yes I agree with that. there's like 290 countries if you think any are better than the one you live in, feel free to move.
I don't want to get out the money are to good.
Stop been so racist and change the country so you don't get anymore complains from foreigners.I totally agree. Don't like it, than fucking leave.
Thatās a very idiotic way of thinking. So basically immigrants should suffer in silence and if they experience racism they arenāt supposed to say anything, wow this is whatās wrong with America
Dont see an issue with it
Get the hell out of there.
We donāt want you here anyway
