What a joke. I just think of that person as a total clown and lose all respect for them. *Especially* if they have that shit on a resume or a calling card. I can't decide if I'd immediately throw it in the trash or use it as toilet paper support.

Seriously. I once had I career guidance counselor at my university have that up there on her door. None of the others had it up there, so I know it was optional. (Not that it matters, but she was maybe 5'4", 300 lbs, and looked like a Karen.) She kept asking me if I wanted to talk to her. I told her no, and when she asked why, I told her it was because I thought she was a childish buffoon and didn't take her or her "gender pronouns" seriously and thinks she's stuck in the mind of a child that will never contribute anything meaningful or beneficial to society in any way. It was probably harsh, but she asked for the truth and I didn't regret it. And that was me being nice in the situation.

Whatever, I guess. Just don't expect me to avoid getting confused sometimes and, without any malicious intention, mistake someone's gender pronoun if they're sporting a full beard and manly clothing and want to go by "she/her". I call it as I see it. If something that walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, then I think it's a duck. Hopefully, people understand my confusion if I was supposed to call it a bear.

I think it's a bit ridiculous to have to put down your gender pronouns but I understand that some people may use they/them for their gender pronouns. So they can put down those pronouns. I am not a transgender and do not plan on becoming one so I don't see why I have to put down she/her
