When you see the new LGBTTQQIAAP flag, what are the thoughts that come to mind?

LGBTTQQIAAP stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, transsexual, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual, ally, and pansexual. Extra black and brown stripes were added to the flag as a way to highlight the fight against racism, while honoring black and brown members of the gay community.

Honestly it's too much for me. There's no point in my mind to have transgender and transexual when they are the same besides one dosent want surgery and one does. Which at that point the one that didn't is also a crossdresser/ drag King/queen. Just put one T for trans in general

As for the second Q, I know some people are okay with it now but for those of us that remember being called queer as an insult, I can't stand it being part of the flag. Put one q for questioning, fine. But putting queer on it is about as good as putting a F for F@g. It's insulting and demeaning to us.

Adding the black and brown stripe makes it seem more racist, not less racist. Cause it's making it seem like we didn't always include people of color.

The two As make no sense also. I understand people that support us are good, but why do we represent them in our flag? That makes about as much sense as straight people putting a rainbow on their flag because a couple gays support them. The lesbian flag don't have trans colors, the gay flag don't have asexual in it. The flags are supposed to be for the ones it represents so why does the LGBTQIA flag have an ally stripe for straight people just cause they don't hate us like others?

The primary difference is burning an LGBT flag is a hate crime due to the burning being targeted to a group. Otherwise burning a flag is free speech.

Though technically the term sodomite is actually incorrect given with archeology we have determined the city of Sodom never existed. Beyond that, actually readying the bible shows the concept to be nonsensical as the "sin of sodom" wasn't homosexuality. See Ezekiel 16:48–50.

Well under the law, hate crimes are rather well defined in many states. You would be charged with a hate crime for burning this flag, just like an atheist would be charged with a hate crime if they burned a Christian flag they stole from a church.

As far as sodomy goes, you can’t really have separate opinions, I even gave you the Bible verse that states clearly that the sin of sodom wasn’t homosexuality. So to say otherwise is defying your own Bible. I don’t personally believe in the Bible because I’ve disproven most of it through research. But if you believe in the Bible, you can’t actually disregard different sections just because you don’t like it. You can certainly research it to understand it more, may even show it under another interpretation, but verses such as the one in Ezekiel makes that a bit difficult.
