Funny. First of all, assuming you are talking about Zelenskyy, puppet of whom? He appears pretty damn independent if you ask me unlike the wretched actual traitor the Russians dragged along to try replace him with.

Secondly, aren't most people who die in war innocent including the soldiers? I mean they dont really have much choice in where they go or who they fight, that is a job for politicians and generals.

Lastly. I love the fact that you mention molotovs when quite frankly the Ukrainians appears better equipped than the poor Russians. I mean seriously. They clamped commercial GPS into their state of the art fighters and half of the Russian army is using off the shelf civilian radios and the other half dont have a radio at all. Its embarrassing to hear them get taunted by Ukrainian civilians jamming their crappy radios with memes and gay porn sounds.

As for why he is a hero? Nothing quite unites a people than being attacked. All he had to do was hold his ground and they would flock around him. To his credit he is turning out to be quite the charismatic leader and will probably be remembered as a national hero.

I am not an expert in anything that you care about or perhaps even have heard about. I mean, I am technically a certified network technician but that hardly makes me an expert in even that. Point is that I got zero right to talk on my own merits. Zero. Anything I say in an argument thus requires me to rely on the opinions and consensus of experts. What this means is that before I open my stupid mouth to say something on this website I probably at least made some effort to control check that it is actually what the experts say. I am simply the middle man who takes great pleasure in taking the boring and polite language of those who dedicate their life and careers to a topic and adding in the inflammatory language and zeal that it lacks for comic effect.

Actions are very telling.

Urban warfare has not changed my since WW2, you shove tanks or AFV’s in an urban environment, then a simple petrol bomb works, it’s a great leveller.

He has remained with his people and is the top priority target for the Russians.

He has proven to be a good leader and is obviously leaving the military bits to the military, which is usually the best idea.

His country is being blasted apart on the worlds stage by Russia, all of Europe will remember this.

The entire invasion was fucking stupid, the Russians would have had a Ukraine in a badly under funded NATO.

Now however, yeah Russia will destroy Ukraine, however it has a Germany hugely increasing it military spending on offensive systems, prior to this Germany really provided force enablers.

The entirety of NATO is increasing spending, the EU are also looking at an EU force.

rather than a weak NATO on its border, Russia has and will have an aggressive and better funded NATO on its borders with a huge ramp in technology.

And unlike the piece of shit Trump, the guy he defeated conceded, encouraged everyone to unify behind him and didn't run around screaming about a rigged election for a year and half like a little baby. And he's not sending anyone to die. the Ukrainian citizens are willingly doing it on their own. See, they have intense pride in their country and are willing to fight for it with every fiber of their being against a brutal and oppressive invader even if it costs them their life, something someone like you would have no conception of. I suspect a 63 year old Ukrainian woman has more guts in the tip of her pinky gripping one of those molotov cocktails than you've got in your entire body.

1. He has no military background. He was an entertainer. Putin thought he could push him around. He was wrong.

2. He hasn't left Ukraine like you and the rest of you cowards would. He was facing overwhelming odds and didn't even leave the Capital. And this was after we offered him safe passage. In his own words, "I don't need a ride, I need ammunition."
