States used to sterilize poor women. It is a violation of personal freedom and bodily autonomy. Humans of any age do not have equal amounts of emotional maturity, financial stability/adaptability. Some under 30 are perfectly cable of raising a child effectively. Some don't over or under 30.

We don't need to regulate each and everything with ''laws''.
However - a kind of ''driving license'' for parents does make sense.
''Educational science'' was a major subject in my high school diploma; it indeed helped me a lot when I had kids shortly after.

If we are going to start controlling peoples reproduction, it would make more sense to have men get a vasectomy until their wives agree to have a child. Makes more sense to take the bullets out of a gun than to wear a bullet proof vest and hope for the best.

um wtf? if you have children at 30-40 there's a good chance that the child will be born unhealthy and with disorders.

I had all my kids before I turned 30. I was not the pinnacle of maturity but my kids all turned out good. Now I am entering a new phase of life now that my kids are all done with college and living on their own.

Don't pull the always adoption thing. Our foster care system already sucks and there aren't enough people looking to adopt. Plenty of foster kids are abused or sexually assaulted as is.

Nobody has the right to decide for people when to get married or when to have kids, where and how. It’s personal choice for us as long as we are born free.
