For a woman to give birth at 50 it unlikely so for a man though it's likely he is still able to produce one but growing up may be a challenge although men can be pretty active and fit well into their 60s and still provide good parenting for a child.
In the end a 50s couple may have more stable environment and enough resources to be able to give a child a good start in life. They'e also leave a legacy to them about the right time for the child to be looking to settle with their own family when the parents pass on.
Don't know, but since autism has been detected in the boy batter of over-50 fathers at I believe thrice the rate of younger sires, fatherhood after fifty likely is unwise.(However, for my 72nd birthday, I had breakfast with Newberry and Coretta Scott King Award-winning children's author Christopher P. Curtis, also 72, and his VERY brainy 12-year-old son, Libaan. The three times-married and -divorced Christopher has fathered 10 children ranging in age from 48, my niece's age, to 12, Libaan's age, meaning Christopher was fifty-nine when Libaan was born Jan.16,2013.)
Asking if it’s moral to have a kid at a certain age implies giving birth at all can be immoral, in which case you could easily make the argument that choosing to have a child at any age is immoral because forcing someone into existence with no idea of whether or not they consent to it means you’re guaranteeing them a life with suffering and that in and of itself is immoral.
Probability children of such old people will be ever mentally healthy is practically zero.

Having kids is only limited by the abitlity to get it done, as long as they provide to that kid then they're good 👍🏻
No but it occasionally happens. Especially older men who marry a younger woman. But occasionally women can get pregnant at that age
50 is not the end of the road for many but the person should be prepared to never be able to retire.
as long as they are prepare and able to care for the child. Why not?
Moral? I don't know what you mean but it shouldn't be intentionally encouraged for a variety of reasons
I don't see anything wrong with it. As long as you CAN, and WANT to, go for it!!
Only if you're sure that you're going to live long enough.
Do not even check Al Pacino. He had a child after 80.
@Physics-Man yes it is, but it would be very hard and impossible too
I'm doing that right now
It is not.
