There are simply solutions to this.
First they can breast feed before they get out.
Secondly they can carry with them a bottle of baby formula just in case.
And to address the lame excuses that breast milk is healthier, I answer that is not always true at the very least.
Becaus to have excellent breast milk you must have an excellent diet (something I doubt is often the case there in America, for those who are so proud of their country!). And so babies might be better off baby formula after all

One because breast feeding in public is at the very least grossly inappropriate (what are we, animals in the Amazon?), and two because their own milk might be worse! Dont forget to get a bottle with baby formula.

On second thoughts I will answer you on one point you made because I can't resist. You argue (among other things) that baby formula is not all created equal. My answer to that is of the same kind. Not every mother's milk (wholesome as it may sound) is created equal. And a swine who does not take much care of her own health who maybe even smokes, would not produce the best natural milk. And the baby will be much better off sucking on a bottle of baby formula. I hope you can see my point. I can answer to all of your arguments, but I feel it is a waste of time.

That literally does nothing for this argument. Fact is you really can't fight these arguments; simple fact that in most of the world it's perfectly legal for mothers to breastfeed in public. And in some parts it's illegal to prevent a mother from doing so.
