Does the cop put your race down when he pulls you over?

Im sure “descritpion” is a category on the form. We should move away from race and just have descriptors. Skin color: vampire white (me), lighter dark (my wife), dark black (our baby- what?). Just kidding.

He has to, and it should be done. To avoid any mistake in identifying. If he doesn't identify you as accurately as possible, he runs the risk of seeing you deny it was you.
