Bruh, of course it's fucking bad. Now women are forced to give birth against their will, no matter what the circumstance. I don't even wanna imagine how terrifying that is. And this is just the beginning, if they can take women's body autonomy away, then who knows what else they can take away. People either need to vote, or get out and find a saner country to live in, cause it's only gonna get worse.
It was a good decision as in the Constitution specifically says that it is a state right, but it was a bad decision because mostly liberals and POC were aborting their futures amd America cannot survive another generation if it is run by liberals and POC
I honestly don't see the problem. If abortion is considered a right by the majority of the population, the population will vote at the state level for parties or candidates to allow it, otherwise no.
What the current Supreme Court ruling shows is not that women have lost the right to abortion, but that they never have, unless regulated by the state in which they live.
I know I'm going to get total backlash for this... But people could just simply not be having s**. Then women wouldn't have unwanted pregnancies, and wouldn't seek to get an abor**** just so they can repeat the cycle.

The legal reasoning behind Roe has always been an absurd perversion that damaged our democracy and culture. Regardless of how people feel about abortion, this is an overdue restoration of constitutional principles of self rule. Now the people truly get to choose. My body my choice.
It was a good decision. I think they did the right thing. The Roe V Wade decision in 1973 by the supreme court was made based on a certain premise. It is that premise that the supreme court has looked at this time and found it to be a false premise. That makes the original ruling null and void. Which make the original ruling unconstitutional.
Had the original been based on truth and facts this would not have been overturned.

In most countries you can terminate a pregnancy - not killing a born child, do not confuse the two - in case of rape.
In the US it will depend on where you happen to be from now on.

As far as the states having the right to decide, that has already been decided on issues like slavery. A woman's right to determine what to do with her own body is a matter of personal rights, which can not be overridden by local preferences.
