But it is very Canadian.My heritage is German and British. All totalled, those should give me lots of possibilities, but I can't think of anything right now. But I'll appreciate your answers if they are more word-based, philosophical, about culture, language, love, beauty, etc.
What does the inukshuk symbolize?
Traditionally, they were used by the Inuit in the north as directional markers. An Inukshuk in the shape of a person signifies safety, hope and friendship. These stone sculptures were also important for navigation, as a point of reference, as a marker for hunting grounds, or to denote a food cache.
