Sure. All you need to do is find enough women who want to do construction (demolition, concrete work, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, cabinet making, flooring, and finish), infrastructure (oil field work, heavy equipment operatos, sanitation, water treatment and distribution, paving, etc.). You'd also need mechanics, HVAC, high voltage electrical, bridge builders and maintenance, tunnel drillers, cell tower workers, train operators, truckers, warehouse workers, and all of those infrastructure workers that are needed in the modern world.


Once you have the workers to keep things working, you can worry about everything else.
