Why does presenting valid criticisms of problems within black culture amount to racism?

Its like every time I point things out, like violent crime and single motherhood, the uncomfortable truths as you will, instead of acknowledging them, black people would rather distract from the original issue, and brand me a racist.

It’s like how are you ever suppossed to grow and develop as a person if you’re being intellectually dishonest to yourself all the time?

They’re simply unmotivated is the answer. There’s simply just a very minimalist desire in their culture.

Because the black people who want change just leave and set out elsewhere. They don’t even consider themselves a part of the culture anymore.

And if the problem ever were with Americans being racist, than African immigrants wouldn’t be doing better than most whites.

I’m just tired of hearing from them about how everything’s racist when the issue is just themselves.
