We've seen that already it made America exist. So guess there would be a America 2 but with a better name than America 2 lol. And they would win because they always do. Nazis were National "Socialists" not Conservatives. Extreme Conservatives would believe in Monarchies because that would be the ultimate hierarchical/traditional form of their belief system. They would push Neo-Feudalism. Americans who are Nationalists and Conservatives strongly disagree with Monarchy, thus it is impossible for them to be extremely right winged. This is why the American Revolution occurred. That said, if America Conservatives did the same thing Socialists/Communists have done to their people historically in Russia, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Cuba, etc. then no you would not stand a chance. I would be fine though... That said, Conservatives tend to want to conserve the values set out in the Constitution, thus they want to preserve your rights and the rule of law being that is what Republics are based on and which Republicans have their beliefs founded in.
