Girls, Toxic Masculinity - How would you define it?

And, how would you describe Non-Toxic Masculinity?

I know there's a sort of internet war between men and women, and I stand by the philosophy that everyone should be assessed as individuals rather than broad gender-based generalizations. But, I'm curious to see what you have to say about this concept of "Toxic Masculinity" that seems to be a term used a lot during this battle of the sexes.
