A countries level of freedom can be judged on human, personal and economic freedoms. Only in economics does the USA even reach the top ten. Now I'm not saying the UK does great, we don't, but we don't bang on all the time about freedom.

So is the American belief in freedom just an illusion, no better than many countries? Something flagshaggers like to yell, or are freedom indexs nonsense?
