This might sound shallow but at least I’m being honest.
I would care way more if a guy I thought was good looking thought I was ugly.
I’m not saying I don’t care at all but I care way less about what guys I find physically unattractive think about my looks

Deep inside, I would care. It's how our mind works. It's part of being human. There is no such thing as someone who truly does not give a f*ck about what other people think of them.

I wouldn't really care to be honest, I think its natural that as a guy I realise that I may strongly appeal to some women but then not at all to others.

I have never been called ugly anyway.
