Republican governor Gregg Abbot just bussed in more illegal immigrants to Kamala Harris' mansion yesterday, and Ron DeSantis flew in others to Martha's Vineyard. A band of Republican governors have agreed on this strategy as a way to get Democrats' attention on illegal immigration matters. Governor Abbot apparently said he would "bring the border" to north east states since he feels that Dems are not taking his cries about a stronger border seriously.

What do you guys think? Is this extreme political theater?

DeSantis paid $700,000 ($14,000 per person!!!) of Florida tax-payer money to fly 50 fellow human beings, many of them children, from Texas (border state) to Florida (not a border state) so he could then abandon them on an island 1800 miles away with nothing to eat or drink, and didn't even disclose where they were taken to.

These humans beings, who already walked across TEN countries to get here from the corrupt failed country of Venezuela, still had to walk another two miles from the airstrip just to find anyone to tell they were there. Those people are how we even know this happened. Now DeSantis wants to act like "Ya. I did that." after his secret got out.

These fellow human beings, every one of whom had already begun following the process to LEGALLY remain here, had their paperwork forged by state workers to show they already had addresses all across the US. Hearings were then scheduled for whichever courthouse was closest to these fake addresses, many for this Monday, ensuring these fellow human beings would miss their appointments, ruining their efforts to follow our laws and triggering immediate and permanent deportation. That's not what "illegals" do, is it?

They were tricked d into letting DeSantis take them to Florida even though Texas was responsible for them (a crime), had their paperwork purposely forged by state government employees (a crime) with the sole intention of interfering with the legal court system (a crime), were purposely lied to so they'd agree to get on those planes again (a crime), taken somewhere without any basic human necessities like food or water even though the state was responsible for their well-being (a crime) and left there without any arrangements being made with Federal, state, or local authorities before or after the fact (a crime). It's a good thing those 50 Venezuelan refugees were able to survive their encounter with so many law breakers.

If you're either too racist or too grossly ignorant to let any of those FACTS overcome the lies Fox and the Republicans have fed you then let's try this:

The Governor of New Mexico deceives 50 white people, mostly children, into being flown to Maine under false pretense, forces them to get out at an airstrip in the woods miles from any other people, food, or water, prevents them from meeting obligations which causes them serious legal troubles, and doesn't even tell anyone he did it or where they are.

If you STILL think what happened to those 50 fellow human beings is funny or fair or deserved or even ok then you are a broken, irreparable, intellectually inconsistent liability to our species as a whole.

All Abbott and DeSantis are doing, is sending a message that this is not okay, by forcing Democrats to live the same consequences for their rhetoric and policies that the everyman experiences - the everyman who mostly never asked for it! (Yes, there are useful idiots. Which, combined with Dominion, are the only reasons these crooks keep getting elected.)

However, I'd argue that we should keep sharp. DeSantis and Abbott aren't the knights in shining armor that this current publicity stunt would make them out to be.

For every "owning the libs" moment of sending Los Illegales to Martha's Vineyard, there's endless corruption near Orlando left untouched. There's UN landgrabs, and BS about "sustainability" (for globalist tyranny!) that goes unchallenged!

There's also San Antonio, which injects civilians with Gray Goo Cyborg Venom against their will, and will put random pedestrians in prison for not continuing to mask up. And will inject them while incarcerated. That insists you still buy every line of Fauci's BS in total lockstep, or you get kidnapped and given the clot shot! And Abbott does nothing about this extreme wickedness!

So long as that continues to happen, these governors aren't heroes. They're amusements who performed a nice publicity stunt that riled up the base, just in time for an election.

The Democrats have an ulterior motive by opening up the borders but not making sure that we have the resources or even the money to take in all of these immigrants. And if they don't want to be transparent with their ulterior motive then they need to be the ones dealing with the problem that they are creating.
It is childish for you to think that you are going to create something and then not be the one who has to deal with the repercussions of it. And that is unfortunately the Democratic way of doing things. I'm down here in Arizona and I full heartedly absolutely agree with sending them right up to their front doors. They should do more of it. Women more than men, especially liberal women love helping illegals provided they never see them. However, there attitudes might change if, when the park their car, an illegal child says, "$5.00 to watch your car." They pay because they fear what might happen if they don't. And, at night, while walking to the theater, a couple of thuggish and intimidating looking illegals ask, "Can you spare some change."

Even at their home, illegals are ringing their doorbell asking for $50 to clean their gutters. If they don't pay, that night their house is egged or worse. And, the police are getting too many calls to respond in less than an hour. When I was born in 1976, whites were 73% of the total population of California... No we are down to 35% and Latinos are up to 39%. There are sanctuary cities/states.

There are states that want secure borders and a controlled, limited, organized immigration system of who can move here from another country and how many our country will accept and absorb.

If the government is not enforcing any border at all and letting all of the Americas move into this country then it is perfectly rational to send those to the states that support open borders and who have all the sanctuary statuses in place.

States that are against this and who want law and order and for our nations sovereignty to be respected cannot be made to flip the bill for all of these people being forced upon them.

It's good, it's drawing attention to the issue and making clearer the Democrats hypocrisy in denying there is an issue..."the border is secure"... and putting all the burden on border states. It's a country, those people should be disbursed... if that's the national policy being pushed. It makes sense to move these people to cities that have the heart to take them and which receive funds from the federal government... from your pockets.

The responses from most democrats has not made sense other than the Chicago Mayor, I actually understood her and made sense for once, caveat... moving people out to another town don't necessarily agree with. Yes, and yes. In this nation of 333 million, there are exactly 536 people who can improve the immigration situation directly and fix the damn citizenship laws. Do they actually DO so? No- they prefer to win pander points by bitching about it on social media.

DeSantis can't do anything about it directly (he's not one of the 536), so he, and others, are taking the only direct steps available: sending those here illegally up to where the people who advocate for a total abolition of borders, or something close to it, in an effort to persuade them to fix it.

It's kind of like how so many states have "decriminalized" marijuana; they can't make it legal, so they're simply saying "we're not going to enforce that law". If it were possible I would find out what luxury apartment AOC lives in and do the following:

2. “Decriminalize” homelessness right around her apartment complex. Let them throw around used syringes and defecate on the sidewalks right outside her house

Though not the same thing, it reminds me of the homeless problem in California. You have groups of people who are defending the homeless squatting all over the beaches and in nearby residential neighborhoods near properties which have led to things like fires, assault, sanitation problems, etc., but the people defending have never had to live near a squatters camp. They've never had their homes damaged by these groups or had to wonder if that homeless person is okay or may have mental issues that may lead to them trying to harm their family as they try to get home past them squatting outside. In both the immigration and homeless situation there is no real one glowing solution that will solve all, and of course no where near everyone is the issue from these groups, but I also don't think it's fair to just dismiss the people voicing concern especially if they are the ones having to deal with any negative fall out.
