There seems to be some confusion over which major US political party is actually the racist one?

I think it’s pretty safe to take a major political parties officials at face value when they make public relations statements, as far as those statements representing the will of the party leadership. The number two ranked person in that party which frequently accuses individuals within or the entire opposite party at large of being racist, just went on the record establishing racial requirements for public assistance in times of disaster. Someone make it make sense how that doesn’t demonstrate that party overt racism through officially stated public policy?

There seems to be a need for some further clarification: if Trump went on national TV and said that Black people were going to the back of the bus for assistance during natural disasters, would that be racist? Can one track indoctrinated minds possibly understand how things can still be racist if someone besides Trump said it?

Geez, just last week the Democrats were calling diesel trucks "racists". Everything and any thing or person is racist. It's so out of hand that it just rolls off of people anymore.

Since the Democrats say racist things themselves all of the time, then they are the racist one's here.

And since they love to cancel people, history and so on I hereby cancel the word racist!!!

Gee, what can we replace the word racist with since they change words (pronouns included) to another word all the time?

the mistake is to think that parties are racist...

or that just one party would be racist but not the other...

some people are racist... and that is it, they can belong to either side or no side and that does not represent either party as a whole

and then you have other people that likes to simply think that anything that is racial or regarding race... is going to be racist by nature or implication, and very often that's just not the case at all

a lot of owners and managers from some clubs have said very stupid things, some of them racist in nature

and no, that does not make the entire club, nor their team or organization... or the fans racist in nature, nor in principle nor by definition, not by association nor by proxy

Let’s go back to the original statement then. If there are racial prerequisites for receiving tax funded government services, that to me shows preference for a particular race i. e. racism. Why are all Trump supporters racist then?

preference for a race is not exactly racism... and not exactly discrimination out of disdain for other races, that is not always the case

certain situations can be considered as an aid towards minorities, so yes... that is just a target for minorities to be addressed but is not racist in nature

Does a party have a chain of command? Does the greater authority concentrated near and at the top give those whose hands said authority is concentrated in greater ability to control the direction the party moves in?

You do know that the organizations you named would be more closely aligned with the Democrat party in the US, right? the KKK was founded by the Democrat party as the white supremacist domestic terrorist response to Republicans taking their slaves away.

At its founding, and for its entire short lived duration, the Nazi party self identified as national socialists, which is in the US at the present moment is more closely descriptive of the Democrat party. The German national socialist party even had their own Antifa, with eerily similar logos, slogans, and tactics.

political parties do have figures of organization yes, but holding power is a different thing and certainly not a ruling authority... when Paul Ryan was the leader of the HoR, and that was the only or main influence the Republicans had, McConnel was actually pulling the influence... who would you say was the true "leader" or "image" of none of them could get their way easily, and then who actually took "control" over the party Trump did... and who was on Trump's side? all the big donors were, then the Republican had align with Trump because of that money. And once Trump had that influence and authority, was he able to do all he wanted with the Party? no... he did not get his way either, so no... when there is an actual chain of command, orders are followed and that is it... but that is not how political parties work, they are much more complicated in the inside.
