Just curious on how the other countries really feel about the current US President. Be truthful and please do not criticize others opinions! Is his policies effecting your lifestyles and economy and how are they effecting you, personally. Please list country that you live in. Only looking for non US citizen's opinions.
In terms of global public opinion, probably not much one way or the other. Most peoples are much more concerned with their own leaders than they are with the leader of another country. Even when that country is the United States. In terms of foreign leaders, their opinions will never be know because, for the most part, none will express their views in such personal terms. That said, the evidence to date is not favorable.
Mr. Biden's main asset is that he has served in government - both Houses of Congress, the Vice-presidency and now the Presidency - for over 40 years and has thus had the opportunity to get to know many other countries and their leaders. Thus presumably Mr. Biden brings to bear some insights into these places and leaders that would allow him to make a favorable impression.
Yet that said, so far, the indications are that foreign leaders, where they are not indifferent, tend to be unimpressed. The most staggering example being a recent one. That is Saudi Arabia.
To be sure, Mr. Biden got off to a very bad start. During his presidential election campaign and the early days of his presidency, Mr. Biden had said, explicitly and unwisely, that he was going to make Saudi Arabia an - these were Mr. Biden's words - "an international pariah." Much of this coming not from foreign policy considerations but because, in American domestic politics, the "left wing" of Mr. Biden's party has tended to take a rather dim view of Saudi Arabia's treatment of women and some minorities. This also because Mr. Biden was seeking a nuclear deal with Iran, which Saudi Arabia sees as a mortal enemy.
Suffice to say, a study in statesmanship Mr. Biden has not been.
However, when oil prices began to skyrocket due to a variety of factors - including, but not limited to, the Russo-Ukraine War - Mr. Biden all but went on bended knee, publicly and for all to see, to the Saudis to ask them not to cut their domestic oil and natural gas production. (Even as, per Mr. Biden's domestic political agenda, the USA was cutting its' production of those very same assets.)
Stunningly, and in a massive rebuff that will have very real world implications for the USA and the West in general, the Saudis quickly, openly and loudly disregarded the President. Announcing a production cut that will - especially with the onset of Winter in the northern hemisphere - almost assure higher gasoline and home heating prices in the USA specifically and the West in general.
The most that President Biden could say in reply was that he was "surprised and disappointed." Such impotence, in the international sphere which is a shark tank of survival of the fittest, will not go unnoticed by other national leaders.
To be sure, the raw power of the United States gives Mr. Biden weight that in the President of a smaller and weaker country he would not have. That said, it is not unreasonable to assume that Mr. Biden is not highly regarded. International relations is ultimately about survival of the fittest, and Mr. Biden at this point looks more like fodder than a tiger.

I pressume they love him, especially China because the more he fucks up our economy the more other countries progress until China itself is suddenly #1 in the economy.
which can happen at any given moment.
He strikes me as a low key president, the type who could snuff it in the White House and people wouldn't realise it until the flies started landing. It seems that after the chaos of Trump the whole point of Biden is to sit quietly and prove to the world America can behave like an adult.
uk - people voted for him because he was seen as the lesser of the two evils and because people just really hated trump, he's not done much and he's past his prime

Germany. I think many people in Germany have a positive view of Biden because of his past since he was vice president under Obama and Obama was popular here. Plus he also seems competent in terms of his career and skills for the job of a president and many Germans prefer smooth and quiet politics that doesn't bother them with much problems.
Generally speaking American domestic politics doesn't make the news here lately since most is dominated by the Russian-Ukrainian war. So I don't know much about Bidens politics, there were few cases like the last one when he announced the end of Covid as a pandemic in an interview. I would say that his decisions don't affect me and my lifestyle personally I know that Germany currently faces similar economical problems like the US like high inflation, high gas and oil prices.
What rather makes the news is his foreign politics towards Taiwan and the Ukraine which isn't much talked because he does what many people expect him to do in terms playing a dominant role on the internationally.
His view is therefore rather positive in Germany since seems to be a "normal" politician.
I'm Italian and I think he's the worst president yet. His speech in front of the red background really gave me those Nazi dictator vibes.
In fact the democrats have done more harm then good in the last years. Affirmative action is one of the worst possible ways you could do to help people. It just makes them even lazier.
I'm not a country. My thoughts on Biden:
I enjoy much that he isn't a social media attention seeker and a foulmouth.
For external affairs I don't have the impression that he is a ''strong'' or ''charismatic'' President; but that mustn't be a bad sign: the world not longer needs an ape drumming its chest an warding off imagined enemies on behalf of all the other (belittled) countries.
International cooperation on a non-egocentric base looks more promising with Biden.
Internally, I try to mind my own business. Most U. S. stuff does not touch me. Although I do believe to see that the U. S. culturally are in trouble - and I can't see that Biden is a positive force to change that.
Better luck (with a ''newcomer'') next time, guys :)
They all like him because he lets the NATO deadbeats slide on paying their fair share that Trump made them pay. Countries like Venezuela like him because they opened up all their prisons and sent all the convicts to the US because Biden opened the border. China likes him because he will end the tariffs Trump put on them and doesn't do anything when they steal our intellectual property or manipulate their currency, Ukraine like shim because he is sending billions of dollars to them with no accountability. north Korea likes him because they can test their nuclear missiles all they want and Biden doesn't sat a thing. Mexico likes him because he repealed the wait in Mexico policy Trump put in place. The other countries of the world could not ask for a better president. Too bad Americans cannot say the same. In Biden's America it is America Last.
During my recent travels to Asia & Australia, I learned than Biden isn't respected.
They think he's a clueless nincompoop.
They believe his taunting of Russia's Putin and China's Jingping is very reckless and potentially disastrous.
That fossil is unfit for office. You guys need to start retire people in your government. A president should preferably be in his best years ie 40-50. Where they are old enough to both has experience and knowledge and still have a lot of energy and passion left in them, but not so old that they can't see the young generations problems.
Ireland - people generally are indifferent to him, like they don't dislike him, whereas nobody here really warmed to Donald Trump.
However I also don't think people have any particular warmth for him, perhaps because of his age or whatever.
People here would like the US to have a younger, stable and proactive President who could drive the US economically to growth. Buur division in the US is scaring people into voting for the more extreme candidates.
My guess would be that they think he is weak and not very capable of following through with any type of consequences that keep Americans safe from outside danger or inside danger. They would definitely utilize his time of presidency as a weak spot in Americas time line and take advantage by starting war with other countries and threatening to cut off resources or cooperation unless they get their way.
Bring Trump back, he is more entertaining. Joe is just old and the internet made him demented pedophile. Otherwise! I have no idea what any politician do 🤷♂️
He is also into men
He's a senile economic criminal who suffers from dementia and who's son hunter is still involved with his fraudulent business down in Ukraine. I also think he's a racist based on stuff he said when he was in nobodies radar.
I have not heard of anyone in Germany having a problem with Joe Biden. He is what I call an old war horse, having seen many battles on all fronts. I like his calm demeanor and the fact that he has respect for his office.
I wouldn’t Know as Im a human being and not a Country.
Biden has made a mockery out of the US & NATO what stupid foreigner would say he is fit fir the job.
HAHAHAHAHAHHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAJAJAJAJAJAJAJHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
I'm American and just find this an interesting question. I know of others that really don't like him from different countries, but I'm curious what their general population thinks.
We wouldn’t be on the verge of a Third World War if we had Trump instead of Biden 🤷🏻♂️
Well, my country likes Trump very much.
As for Biden - we just make fun of him being the Sleepy Joe. That;s all. He's an old man with dementia that shouldn't be running a country.
