From what I have seen of Putin and many other leaders, they seem to respect America but not really into the liberals. So do you think they care for biden or no?

I don't think anyone respects him. At the same time they'll put on a show of it because they'll get anything they want from him. Seriously, he gave Russia a list of targets to "please not hack" implicitly every other institute is wide open. So that just leaves the Chinese to go after that please don't hack list as he never told them anything about it, if they apologize they might even get paid for it.

Oh well, he's simply the result of what happens when you vote "anyone but that guy". It's our identity as a nation, it's no news that he's senile and spineless. His entire campaign premise was based on nothing, nothing at all. No matter how much you want to yell voter fraud, fact exists that a whole hell of a lot of people voted for him.

It isn't just Biden they have no respect for, our president represents our identity as a nation, so he is our identity as Americans, senile, spineless puppets. I guess spineless isn't quite right, feels more like neuter. I don't hold him accountable for that, only this country. I feel sorry for the guy, and think it's twisted and insane to keep him as president when he doesn't even have a grasp of who he is anymore, so fucked up.

Actually, there were a lot of reasons Biden stole the Presidency. One of the major ones is the use of Dominion voting machines and stuffing ballot boxes after the Republican poll watchers were kicked out.

Honecker did get the GDR up to modern western standards but he also beefed upped the inter-German border and ordered the border guards to fatally shoot those escaping the Communist regime. The way the American government is set up is by checks and balances. The president has a lot of power but so does Congress and only Congress has control of the money. When one party has control and begins rubber stamping its agenda is when freedom starts to die.

I do observe how much attention ''Americans'' give to freedom. But when I see how these freedoms are used by many, then I usually I don't feel impressed.
Left, middle and right - throughout.
Freedom - in my own interpretation - is the absence of oppression. It does not mean that everyone is invited to display as much egocentricity or eccentricity as his or her mental disarrangement dictates him or her to.
As space (volume) is not endless, freedom must have a limitation somewhere. Otherwise, one freedom bubble will at some stage begin to reduce a neighbouring freedom bubble. Expand it further, and you nullify the basic principle of general freedom - you would have made it a Nazi-freedom.

But to replace one Nazi with one other, different, Nazi: cannot be a lasting solution. The leading base is rotten - so remove it (or at least: refuse it) ; that's actually a world-wide occurrence (not typical for the U. S. only).
If there's some truth to it that - as some claim to know - Biden is ''remote-controlled'' - then I suggest to remember the right slogan: 'it's not a gun that kills' - you rather need to destroy the remote controls :)
