Obesity is a big one. Army recruitment comes from poorest locations and they tend to be fat fucks. Fat fucks end up breaking their knees backwards in basic training day one. That bleeds recruitment funding dry really quick.

Retention is also bad. Do the nessesity requirements and get a college degree.
