Throughout history and today male presidents and prime ministers have made such positive influential change to our countries and world. However, male leaders have created/allowed for discrimination, wars, vengeance and so on. Arguably, women leaders have not been involved in this sort of behaviour like Mussolini, Hitler and Putin did (/are). Thus, do you think that women leaders have not behaved cruelly because they are naturally more sympathetic and for peace due to their motherly instinct? Or do you believe that there have been more cruel male leaders than female ones because more male leaders have had the opportunity than women to be a leader? suggesting women leaders have not wanted to show their true colours because they want to represent their gender as equally capable as men in order to give other women the opportunity to become a politician. Or are their more cruel male leaders than women ones because both bad and good males have been able to enter politics without initial judgement from the public?
Let’s try this perspective. If women are as good as men at leading then in a western society a determined female would rise to power and it should come as NO SURPRISE.
But there is one woman in power right now who is conspicuously absent from everbody’s elder GAG. comments.
I’ll give you a hint she was given this position JUST because Joe Biden said he wanted a minority female VIP candidate. That was Biden’s number one “qualification” for the position. So drum roll…. Kamala Harris. She is Biden stroke away (which is scary probable) to becoming president of the United States.
So was it because she was influential, viable and notable during the democratic primaries? Hell no. The only time she was ever noticed is when she ACCUSED Biden of racism. And spineless Joe chose THAT to be his running mate?
Anyway what is so incredible about Kamala is she has a lower approval rating than Joe Biden which is isn’t easy to do. She has been near worthless and the only major task she had was securing the border. Too bad she has never even visited the border and it’s a complete chaotic mess down there.
The bottom line is this: if you want true equality than QUIT screaming about “patriarchy”. Nowadays having a vagina is only to help you if you want run for leadership positions. But if you want REAL respect from people than work hard like man, think and debate logically like a man, own up to your bs like a man and don’t blame men for your shortcomings. Men do notice that.
There are women out there (Tulsi Gabbard) that can do this. She was the only democrat I ever even briefly considered voting for. She’s sees through the bullshit and is calling it out. She didn’t make a big deal about being a so called “first Samoan woman to run for president”. She didn’t use the race/gender card at all during her 20 year political career despite the fact it would of got her more mass media coverage. That I can respect.
Again do not make a big deal about being a woman if you want more respect from men. Instead face the leadership position like a man and you will get men to vote for you and appreciate you.

You are looking at modern day female leaders from developed nations. Of course any leader (male or female) from a present day developed nation will come across as more benevolent because most developed nations are at peace and follow a constitution of some sorts.
Second there haven’t been that many female leaders throughout history, if there had been more then chances are they would have done the same things their male counterparts did.
So the answer is no because they make the same decisions.
And when women are given authoritarian positions they too are prone to becoming tyrannical. Just ask the Iranian women.

I think it has been okay for other countries, but not for the United States for sure!
I'm not sure I will answer your question the way you would like because it was so long and I cannot remember all of it. Sorry!
Because I live in the United States and I am well aware of what's going on in my country, I am positive we need a strong male dominance for our President. And one who is not like the idiot we have now!
He chose Kamala Harris to be his Vice President because of the black color of her skin. She has totally failed the United States with all of the problems her and Biden and AOC have created. She got where she is because she is PART black. No one remembered to test her brain and how ignorant she is.
If you look at our President and Vice President, male and female respectfully, you can see both genders are able to turn a thriving country into a third world country in less than two years.
I need to have an alpha male dominant President. NOT AN EMOTIONAL FEMLALE!
Look at Nancy Pelosi, the stock market cheater and Speaker of the House. Her husband did the illegal dealings with the stock market, however, Congress knows how the stocks are going to play out way before anyone else does.
President didn't start any wars, but probably prevented them. We were energy independent when he was our President. He was a terrific leader and knew instinctively how to make the USA thrive. The United States was still a respectable county until the Democratic party took over. They should be punished for the disasters they caused American's 🇺🇸 to suffer through. ☮️
There is a natural power dynamic for a reason. For millenia we were considered property and we knew our natural place in things. When we try to lead instead of submit as we are meant to bad things happen.
Na, I'm just screwing with you guys. I think that women bring a perspective to the table that has traditionally been unheard. Women have made some of the most interesting leaders in history, unfortunately when they have gotten found out to have vaginas they tend to get burned at stakes

Well... men tend more towards ambition and are more easily violent, but it always boils down to the individual.
You have Putin, who is not even trying to be stupid, there's Hitler, Stalin, Chairman Mao, among many others.
There is just one problem. Most leaders were men because women were traditionally determined to not be suitable for leadership, and most leaders now are still men because 1. that notion still exists, and 2. because women generally prefer other occupations that allow for family care (thats a whole nother can of worms).
There have been female leaders in the past who waged war, and were cruel as well. One example that comes to mind is Olga of Kiev, who is known for her merciless (and cunning) decimation of the Drevlian tribe after they assasinated her husband.
Other examples include Isabella the First of Castile (and later, Spain), Margaret Thatcher during the Falklands War, Elizabeth the First of England, to name a few.
Although there are differences between the way men and women lead, violent tendencies are more of a product of upbringing.I'll put this in a more applicable perspective. The GMs/bosses that I've worked under have been both men and women. For male bosses, I've had a very bitter, verbally abusive and arrogant boss. I've also had a male boss who's very laid back and kind, though lacks assertiveness.
I've had a female boss who was arrogant and possibly racist, unprofessional at times. I've had a female boss who was really passionate, workaholic to the point of physical exhaustion, but truly showed she cared about her employees and developing the team.
It really depends on the person and their overall strengths and weaknesses.
There have been cruel women leaders in history besides our modern chicks. Hatshetsup in ancient Egypt was said to be ruthless. Mary the First (or Bloody Mary) persecuted Protestants. Benazir Bhutto was oppressive, and some think she had her husband killed to get into power. And there are probably others we don't really know about or look at.
But given the opportunity, a woman with a lot of power and control would be no different than men. People also keep thinking that bad women's leadership is limited to political office and because we don't see many bad women leaders that it means women are more compassionate, kind, etc. Just look at women who are bad managers, supervisors, chairwomen, etc. who get away with their dirt, sleep with people to get to the top, and screw others over.
I think it's silly that people think the gender matters.
If women have developed a unique philosophy of politics, I want to see it.
Granted, they have. But, it is not due to women's supposed innate abilities of empathy.
The female political science is easy to understand. Abolish Capitalism and gender. Make everyone the same so that everyone can be equal.
But this isn't new. Women did not create these ideas, men did.
Granted feminism is huge and doing a lot of work. It seems to me that most of that work is directed towards bringing about communism. Which men created. Hell, a lot of feminism is done by men as well. It's not a movement of only women.
I don't think the gender of the people matters. It is the beliefs we hold that matter. Beliefs are everything in my opinion. But that probably doesn't make sense and I'm not going to type out an explanation.I wouldn´t say that women per se make the world a better place than because female politics could also create problems since their politic could consist of ignoring a problem and wait until it solves itself or spend more money than necessary.
Hitler, Mussolini or Putin are extreme cases though one could argue that Meloni could follow Mussolini´s footsteps. These guys as Stalin would be another one are probably mentally ill and are crueler than many guys nowadays.
So my answer would also be no.
Lol no. Especially not when they are left leaning. The crazies always come from the left. Female rulers which I mean Queens in the past were 27% more likely to wager wars. Be it the attacker or defender.
Female leaders were brutal Elizabeth Bathory killed virgin girls to bath in their blood. Margaret Tacher destroyed Britains Economy. And those are just two of a long list of female leaders that brought destruction to their country. Even Kleopatra destroyed Egypt by selling her land to the Romans.
The only good female rulers would have to come from the Conservative side and those who want to fix the problems inside their own nation.
If there were all female leaders in the west I'd expect we'd have had WW3 by now as women don't regard mens lives as important and many of the female politicians are influenced by powerful groups from above. If Hillary won the 2016 election then I bet Afghanistan would have even more US Troops there.
I've seen women in positions of leadership at the local, state, and even federal level of both the United States, and the world abroad, and so far, I'm not impressed what what I've seen. In fact, these women in power have tended to push and enact laws and legislation that do far more harm than good, have created more problems, and they've usually become power hungry and tyrannical.
I say this as someone who has an anthropological background. Not as someone who you'd call an "inflammatory misogynist." I pay attention to the world around me, and the women who have been in power have been less than impressive or likable.First of all, we have less examples of female leaders, so even if we wanted to he impartial we cannot make a decision of who is better due to there not being enough of a sample size for female leaders compared to male leaders.
Secondly, you seem to only like female leaders that are leftists. In Italy right now a female leader was elected as the first woman to hold the Prime Minister's office ever, and she is the most radical right-winger in the country's history since WW2. It's easy to paint men as racist and misogynistic, but you forget that women can be just as racist and ruthless as men if they hold these seats. Evil knows no gender, and greed for power will rot your core if you are a man or a woman.
So to answer your question, I still believe men make better leaders due to lack of evidence to otherwise. Remember that men built those political systems so you can vote and run for office to be elected as a female government official.
No. Most women think with their hearts instead of their brains. Keeping the population safe is the first and most important (and arguably the only legitimate) function of government. Having a safe and secure country is about animal instincts and survival of the fittest not holding hands and singing Kumbaya. There is and always will be evil in the world that will take advantage of every weakness and couldn't care less about kindness, morality, fairness or "feelings." Men are better equipped to deal this than women. Nature designed them to be the protectors.
Men use violence, women use communication trope, but at the same time might makes right trope. Women might be better at keeping peace, but at the same time they tend to be worse at dealing with real threats, Angela Merkel is a good example of a weak female leader, she let her country to be flooded with rapefugees, while Georgia Meloni still need to prove herself.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/UsThtNxLc64On average - no. Women are less stern and more sensitive than men, which may be undesirable in this field.
When it comes to great female leaders I can only think about Thatcher. Although I hope Meloni would turn out to be a good leader for Italy.
women would NOT do what Adolf Hitler did that's for sure.
doesn't mean they can't be corrupt, selfish, greedy, insane etc.
Of course!
What do Liz Truss, Hillary Clinton, Theresa May, Margaret Thatcher and Ursula Von der Leyen have in common?
They're all women. That's what they need to be great leaders, right?
No, of course not. Can you imagine if Ukraine had had a female president? It would have been 100% part of Russia a long time ago.
Not sure who is better. Definitely men were the majority of them that are holding positions. We can assume many things but until it comes real and practical we have no idea who is going to be better.

Lol Jacinta is terrible, hoping she’ll be voted out next election. I can’t speak for other women presidents or prime ministers as I haven’t experienced them or know of them.
Not necessarily.
It more depends on who it is more then gender.
Yes, as they are more caring and do not encourage wars as often
I think in general women make better leaders
